LIL' EINSTEINS LEARNING ACADEMY III

My toddler has been going to lil Einstein since she was 6 months she will be 5yrs old this February! I also planned on doing the before & aftercare as well! So this center overall is the BEST and I am a 1st time mom!

My son has been going to this daycare since he was a baby. He has been excelling in every way. The teachers are phenomenal and the administration is on top of everything. Communication throughout the center is great, and the center gives a home feeling and all around uplifting vibe.

I was very weary of putting my 6 week old infant in daycare - All my other children never went to daycare. However, I have had nothing but a great experience at Lil Einstein's. The infant teachers are great, the rest of the staff are just as great, and the administrators are amazing! The center is always clean and organized, teachers and administration are always active within the classrooms, and the center itself just gives off the greatest vibe from the moment we walk into the front door. I would without a doubt recommend Lil Einstein's Old Baltimore Pike to anyone!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with Lil Einsteins Learning Academy regarding their handling of my child's needs. My child, who has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), has unique behavioral requirements that were simply not accommodated at this facility. Initially, we were hopeful that this daycare would provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our child. However, we quickly discovered that the staff lacked the proper training and resources to manage behaviors effectively. Instead of receiving the individualized attention and care that was promised, we found that our child was often left to fend for themselves during difficult moments. The lack of communication and understanding from the staff regarding my child's IEP was particularly concerning. There were several instances when I had to remind them of the specific strategies outlined in the plan, only to receive vague responses or, worse, their own version of a behavior plan that isn’t put in place to help the child but to get rid of them. This not only impacted my child's well-being but also their overall development. It's essential for daycare providers to be equipped to handle various needs, particularly for children with IEPs. Unfortunately, Lil Einsteins did not meet this standard, leaving us feeling frustrated and disheartened. I would not recommend this daycare for parents of children who require additional support. my daughter has been going here for awhile, and sadly due to me changing jobs we will be leaving here, however I just wanted to leave a review on my experience. This daycare and the staff have been the greatest help with my daughter! Kat is amazing ‘ has been more than helpful & always keeps me updated & in the loop with my daughter. The teachers always makes sure my daughter is understanding the lessons but also keeping my daughter protected it felt very good not to worry about my daughters safety while I’m at work. I was sad to leave. I would recommend this daycare to anyone thank you so much for taking care of my baby
