  • I love this daycare, my sons been going here since he was 8 months he is now 3 and he loves it. They are very supportive and understanding and did I mention CLEAN! I would definitely recommend this daycare, and I’ve been affiliated with many. This is my #1 pick they supported me with potty training, my son knows his color's, numbers. Thank you Ms L ❤️

  • Little Hearts is one of kind childcare experience. The staff pride themselves in creating a safe, clean, learning, fun and caring environment for all the children. Safety First. I love the food that's served. Wholesome foods and snacks, no junk food or snacks. There is a saying, "you are what you eat." Changing your child's diet will help with your child as he/she is developing in age, behavior and personality.

  • if your purchase of care cost is $0 they will still charge you $25+ then when you ask why everyone gets so skeptical and cant answer questions, management is very disrespectful when you wanna know what things are for. i paid more than $500 dollars to this daycare while my co pay was $0 there workers as well left & ended up at my kids new daycare.

  • I would not recommend this center by any means. My autistic son was locked in a chair on multiple occasions unwarranted. I was only made aware when someone sent me a photo of him via email. He’s never displayed aggressive behavior. When addressed with the owner she proceeded to unenroll him under the guides that he is a safety concern because he was found by his teacher chewing on a crayon. Which is typical of a toddler. I was then given a letter expressing how much he was thriving by the owner which contradicted the very statement of him being a safety concern. He is in an early years program with licensed professionals who have never expressed that he is a safety concern. It was ploy to ensure that I would no longer be around to address the inefficiency in the center. The current google rating is inaccurate. Parents were promised an incentive of a raffle ticket with a $75 reward to place positive google reviews for the center. They placed a QR code with a direct link to google reviews at entrance of the center to ensure as many parents as possible completed it. This is why all of the recent reviews are during the same time frame. 70% of the staff is inexperienced in childcare and learning and development. All of the staff have complained about mistreatment by their owner. The morale in the center is extremely low which is why they are not doing what they need to for the children. There is no structure for the children. I’ve witnessed the way some staff member speaking to the children aggressively. They struggle with following a proper changing schedule which leads to diaper rashes. Instead of communicating to parents when diapers or wipes are low they will use supplies from other children. Overall the center is operating on greed and not the care and well being of the children.
