LITTLE KID'S SWAGG LEARNING CENTER, LLC TOO

The staff members some of them are cool. The daycare director is really nice, but just took my 2 sons out of that school because there has been numerous occasions where my oldest son was being bullied by another child, I brought it to 2 different teachers attention and they pretty much acted clueless and disregarded the fact that my son had caught a pink eye with yellow discharge coming out of it from a student bullying him. The pink eye lasted for a good 2 weeks, No incident reports had been made so that overall made me feel like some of the staff members that work there aren’t properly monitoring the students that attend there properly. I took my sons out of that daycare for a couple weeks until I was able to properly find another center for them to go to. My sons also experienced a lot of diarrhea here they pretty much was giving my sons anything to eat & then would call me to pick them up like as if they weren’t the reason on why their pooping a lot to begin with, overall this daycare is all over the place I wouldn’t recommend enrolling your children here.

I'm only giving one star so the review will post. My children have never attended this daycare; however, they do frequent a park in the area where the children from this daycare often play. Today, one of my children was bullied by a group of girls from there. Thankfully, she is confident and can handle her own, and my husband, myself, and other children protected her. Therefore, the children's rude, continuous remarks did not dissuade her from playing. When my husband attempted to find an adult responsible for the girls to discuss the issue, THERE WAS NO ONE PRESENT IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE PARK. Once he found someone, there was only one, ONE adult for the 10+ kids from the daycare. We knew the children came from this one daycare, as we physically saw all of these kids come out of the van marked "Little Kid Swagg" shortly after our friends left, and we were the only other vehicle. After seeing how physically far the adult was from the actual play area, my family left; there is no sense trying to confront someone who ultimately is not concerned about the wellbeing of the children placed in their care. I feel sorry for those girls, as their bullying is an obvious sign of significant voids, and they clearly need someone to genuinely care for them. That care does not seem to be present at Little Swagg. We have reported this daycare for their negligence; my sincere hope is that the director will take note and make changes to their off campus policies soon.
