Terrible experience. Poor communication, disorganization, and environment of distrust. If you send your child here, especially an infant, keep close tabs on the ap, especially if your teachers quit (you may not even be notified- we weren’t). They will toss kids around to meet ratio requirements without communicating to you, even babies that reject bottles from strangers. Countless issues happened here, despite frequent advocating for my child’s needs. My biggest regret as a new mom is not leaving sooner. We are somewhere else now and it is a night and day difference in care, consistency, and communication. Our baby is happy, healthy, and thriving in this different environment. She already doesn’t even cry at drop off, and hasn’t rejected a single bottle, which happened frequently at Nemours, and I believe this is a testament to the stress she had there.
K WMar 27, 2025The center is very poorly managed and the health and safety of the children is a big concern. The facility is very dated and the classrooms seem very small and dirty. Some teachers are good, but the majority of staff are questionable. Don’t send your child here.
Steve BDec 12, 2022Just had a wonderful experience with Soniya. Pardon me if the spelling of her name is wrong. She remembered that we had our daughter there years ago and was able to help register our newborn for the wait list. Thank you so much for being so courteous and making the process easy!
David & Eri AkhimienJul 14, 2022I could not enter the office! The smell is so horrible it made me nauseated.. It smells like terrible bad breath.. Like 15 people in the tiny behavioral health and development office and no fan or window. With the amount of money Nemours has I'm sure they can afford a fan or air purifiers!
