  • As someone who has seen the inside of this center and how the kids are treated please do not send your children here. I’ve seen yelling and hitting as discipline. The workers are not qualified and gets easily overwhelmed with the kids. They make the workers work while sick which causes a continuous sickness throughout the center. By the time the parents pick up their kids the kids have forgotten the treatment they received and probably aren’t going home to tell their parents. Many places in the area will care enough to make sure your children are loved and safe while you’re away at work, this place just isn’t one of them. Pick a different one!

  • I would not recommend this daycare to families who prioritize safety and quality care. My child was injured not once, but twice, by the same shelving unit in the infant room. Despite concerns being raised, the shelving remains in place. I am also aware of other children who have been injured by the same shelf, which makes this even more concerning. In addition, my son was sent home on several occasions with heavily soiled diapers, which is unacceptable for any childcare facility. Mrs. Ana was the one teacher who truly cared about the children and consistently went above and beyond for the families she served. Now that she is no longer at the facility, I would strongly encourage parents to carefully consider whether this daycare is the right fit for their family. As a parent, I expect my child’s safety, hygiene, and well-being to be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  • As a parent, my experience with this daycare was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was informed that my son, who had just turned one and is not yet walking, would be moved into a classroom with older children, including two-year-olds. This was concerning to me because I did not feel it was a safe or appropriate environment for his developmental stage. When I voiced my concerns and advocated for my child, I was essentially left with no choice but to withdraw him from the program. What I found most unprofessional was the lack of consideration given to my family. Parents are expected to provide advance notice and pay deposits, yet I was given little time to secure alternative childcare for my son. Finding quality childcare is not something that can be done overnight. I do want to recognize Mrs. Ana, who was truly exceptional. She is professional, qualified, caring, and dedicated to the children in her care. Mrs. Ana is the primary reason my son thrived during his first year at the daycare. Her patience, compassion, and commitment to the children did not go unnoticed, and I will always be grateful for the positive impact she had on my son's development and well-being. I firmly believe parents should always advocate for their children, and no parent should be made to feel like their concerns about their child's safety and well-being are unwelcome. If you are looking for a daycare that values parental input and works collaboratively with families when concerns are raised, my experience did not reflect that. Every parent's experience may be different, but this was mine, and I felt it was important to share. Parents who are actively involved, ask questions, and advocate for their children should carefully consider whether this is the right fit for their family.

  • My kiddo has been going here for just about a year now. He has loved each and every teacher he had. They are awesome at communicating about his day and keeping parents informed anbout any incident that may have happened. They occasionally put on fun events a that my kid looks forward to participating in and has made a bunch of friends while there.

  • We have been going to shells for three months and my son loves it. His teachers have always been great with communicating and letting us know how we can best support him with the curriculum while at home. I definitely recommend it.
