We strongly encourage parents to do their research before choosing this daycare. My concern is not with the teachers , they have been caring and professional, but with the owner’s behavior and the way concerns are handled. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service, communication, and leadership. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner was disappointing. I witnessed employees being reprimanded in front of parents, and when I brought a concern forward, I felt dismissed and disrespected rather than heard. In the beginning, the level of communication and professionalism appeared positive, but after experiencing an issue firsthand, I saw a different side of the way concerns are handled. I believe a daycare should be a place where parents feel respected, valued, and comfortable speaking up about their children. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in leadership and customer service, on the other hand I know it won’t happen. The owner is who she is. I’ll come back later and share the story. Just an update: Let me go to her level of dirt and pettiness. This woman after I wrote the above review professionally about the service I gave, went on my business page and wrote something nasty on my page, about the service that I give and I have never done business with her before. She also went in twice with 2 different accounts. That is lying and harassment. You need to be called out for who you are. I do not go around messing with people. But I see that your true character is now showing through your daily makeup. If you continue to operate like that then you will not have business. Looking at your response to other customers, I am appalled at your level of customer service to people who have supported your business. That’s not how you handle people with disrespect. Everything has already been documented .Please remove your filthy comment from my business page as you and I have never done business apart from when my child attended A fun time out. Please do have some decorum. I hope you do better and your business will become better. This is also an official statement to stop harassing my business online. Be blessed.
Sense of BeautyJul 24, 2026Our experience here was awful! We experienced unprofessional staff and serious concerns regarding illness prevention and infection control. Our infant was here for a little over a week and quickly contracted the adult flu! There is more than 1 form of flu and tested positive for the adult virus that isn’t common in infants/toddlers. Our child spent more time home recovering from being sick vs in their class. Nursing an infant recovering from any form of the flu virus is incredibly scary and only caring nurturing people understand this. I noticed soon after enrollment during the first week that staff lacked diversity and was primarily spanish/latina which wasnt a problem, but staff members projecting an unprofessional and unapproachable attitude that suggested they had little interest in the parents, their roles, or the children they were being paid to care for is. After we left I was told that they had no break room so that explained why they would lounge in the lobby, but staff frequently displayed cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming expressions that made us as parents feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when we came to get our child which was simply unacceptable and also played a significant role in our decision to leave. On most occasions we didnt feel welcome outside of the infant side of the classroom and the majority of the staff in passing seemed unfriendly during our visits. This has nothing to do with race, just unwavering unprofessionalism from the majority of the staff I saw, not just one person. The infant room teacher I frequently saw caring for our child was genuinely friendly. During my first week I witnessed on several occasions the same teacher on the opposite side of the classroom with older children appear to be overstimulated, unfriendly, and visibly frowning seeming annoyed while doing her job. We paid full price for the very brief enrollment and its disappointing when new parents get taken advantage of like we briefly did with them. It was shortlived regardless because each visit felt very unwelcoming and was a disgusting experience to say the least.
StacyJun 8, 2026I have a special-needs child that has autism and she wasn’t allowed to go to other Daycare and fun time accepted her and her behaviors and now she she’s doing great.. I highly recommend this Daycare for learning and development to needs for your children
lisa laingApr 17, 2026My children have all attended this daycare center, and I highly recommend it to anyone. They have a well-structured schedule for the children, and the teachers are incredibly attentive to each one. Years ago, the center was great, but under the new owner, it has exceeded my expectations. The staff and teachers are fantastic, and the environment is very friendly.
Yasmary EstevezFeb 19, 20260/10. do NOT allow your child to go here. my Child constantly got sick and had to go to the hospital every other week. Per the doctors the source of sickness is the daycare. The kids noses are never whipped, they allow kids to walk around with yellow snot and boogers ALL DAY. The owner is nice nasty. She has a nice tone of voice but her words are shady, ALWAYS. she’s focused on real estate and taxes versus the cleanliness of the daycare. The classrooms always stink. it smells like bleach all throughout with a hint of baby poop. a teacher thought it was funny to tell me my child was picked up and left before i arrived. Money hungry daycare. needs to do better! driving a range rover and a tesla but the daycare is lacking and needs some up doing.
Miranda DAVFeb 18, 2026We absolutely love taking the kids to a fun time out! They always have different activities for the kids and pay so much attention to them. It’s their second home. The kids love it!
