  • Absolutely thrilled with this daycare! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for my child. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, fostering both creativity and learning. Communication is excellent; I receive regular updates and feel involved in my child's progress. It's evident that the team genuinely loves what they do. I couldn't ask for a better place for my little one to grow and thrive. Highly recommend!

  • When my baby first started it was good, the original director made me feel comfortable. After said director left they hired/promoted 3 girls. Some things were really off and my baby would not stop crying when being dropped of (unusual for her), she would not eat and just was not her usual self. what also threw me was they would not let the parents inside the daycare (not covid related) it was to a point of like blocking you from getting in, strange because at every daycare you have to check in, ironically I would get emails about my baby being checked in even on days she wasn’t there, of course not done by me. There was then several incidents of the daycare being closed without notice or literally last minute notices, like you are picking up your kid at 6 and they let you know then. There was also an incident where I went to drop of my child, they lied at the door that there were no other kids at the daycare so if no one comes she can’t stay( imagine being a working mom and dealing with this) well I left my baby spoke with their dad but I was parked down the street with clear view of the daycare, every parent that would come up they would turn away so i eventually went and got my baby. Of course she tried to meet me at the door but she was to slow, to my surprise there were kids in there but they did not want to stay so they lied and were calling parents to come get their kids. They could never figure out pricing. Last incident I was running late to pick up my baby, meaning 5$ plus a dollar a minute after (ok cool) issues began when I kept calling the daycare several times and no one answered, when I was finally able to reach someone I told them I’m running late, I’m on my way, I will pay the late fee on Wednesday when I get paid. We agree because they still had to figure out what my weekly amount was so they would let me know on Tuesday and I would pay everything on Wednesday. Well I get to the daycare and the woman goes into a tangent about late fee is due immediately, she insists and I tell her to speak with whoever I spoke with twice today because this is become RIDICULOUS AND GHETTO! the lady takes offense and I walk out the property and make a call, the woman becomes upset because I’m speaking on the daycare and comes outside cussing, I tell her to get her boss, she goes and calls her cousins to come fight me all while I’m holding my 2 month old and my 1 year old. They block my car in , of course I call the cops and the owner is now apologizing asking me to have a meeting and bring my kids back. Sir you are employing liabilities you think I would leave my children here again. To make matters worse at that same time my baby would jump every time you would wipe her or give her a bath down there, took her to the Peachtree urgent care and her Hyman was missing, not saying the violated my baby, they could have just been to rough. We will never know my baby was only one 🤷🏿‍♀️. None the less, I changed my baby’s daycare and she is thriving in ALL aspects. Let them try to say I’m lying, I still have videos!!

  • I dropped my baby off with his coat and picked him up without out it. They said they have 20+ kids to worry about and they don’t have time to make sure every child has their coat.
