As a parent, I can honestly say my experience has been completely different. My child attended this daycare from 6 weeks old until 8 years old, and I never had one single problem. My child was always cared for, loved, and supported. I was so comfortable and happy with the care that I referred about six other families, and they have also shared positive experiences. Every parent’s experience can be different, but as someone who trusted this center for many years, I’m truly grateful for the care my child received.

Lefty JohnsonMar 2, 2026I have mixed feelings about this center. Ms. Kitchens and the young lady at the front seem very genuine and care about the kids. However I feel like the rest of the staff there lack that care and sense of urgency for the kids. They were multiple occasions where my child was picked up with a soiled pamper followed by multiple excuses. Once it happened 3 days in a row I never went back. The teachers seemed overwhelmed in general and often attitudes towards the other children out of frustration were obvious. They have a lot of potential to be great. Mrs.Lizz is the best one there.
Aliyah JohnsonFeb 23, 2025Very concerning owner Mrs. Kitchen. Awesome teachers Mrs. Lizz, Mr. T and several other teachers that has help my child come a long way. My child has a disability and this was the only program that accepted my child. Bright from the start needs to take those other programs off their site for refusing my child as well as other children I am sure. Again this is an excellent program.
