TtotheD IsMeMar 25, 2026I brought an older friend here for her 75th birthday and we loved it. Beautiful art and easy to access all floors even for her age.
KESHA ANDERSONMar 3, 2026We went with a group of friends for Valentine's Day and all throughly enjoyed the show. We plan on returning to see the next play.
Scrapbook BunnyFeb 16, 2026Fantastic building to display works of art. Built in 1895, the exterior has been well-preserved, and the interior tastefully renovated. Currently on display: "a shared journey of creativity and friendship" (Tom Cato & Bruce Little) and the works of Dr. Joe Olson and Roxie Remley.
StevePottsOct 17, 2025We saw Jimmy Clifton here. This was one of the best concerts I've ever been to and The Emma Kelly Theater was a perfect place. It's an intimate space where you can be up close the artist..

Questions parents ask about Averitt Center for the Arts
Is Averitt Center for the Arts a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Averitt Center for the Arts holds Georgia record EX-48183, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Bulloch County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
Why is Averitt Center for the Arts exempt from licensing in Georgia?
- Georgia records Averitt Center for the Arts under the "Day Camp and School Breaks" exemption. An exempt programme is not licensed by the state and is not held to the same standards as a licensed centre or home, so ask the provider directly what oversight it does operate under.
What is Averitt Center for the Arts's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia publishes no Quality Rated star rating for Averitt Center for the Arts. Participation is voluntary, so a provider without a rating has not been assessed under the programme rather than been rated poorly, and it is licensed and inspected either way.
Does this page show inspection results for Averitt Center for the Arts?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Averitt Center for the Arts's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
