The director, Latisha Story, hires the right people. I have never worried about my children's care while at BBMA. The folks she hires help my kids learn, provide structure, and growth. The PreK program (Ambria and LaShella) prepared our child for Kindergarten with knowledge, structure, and social interaction. Happy to have my second kid in the same place. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves her teacher and talks about Ms. Danielle all the time. She is amazing with her students and is very passionate and patient when working with little people all day. Whenever I have had any concerns I can easily address those with Ms. Latisha or the assistant ( I can't recall her name at the moment :( but they hear me and address my needs immediately. They demonstrate empathy and care and I can trust leaving my daughter without worrying about her safety or well being. Our daughter is excited about what she gets to do during the day and telling me about the stories for the day.

From day one, the staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, which meant a lot to me as a parent. I’ll admit, I had some initial concerns because my son is nonverbal, and placing him in a new environment was understandably daunting. Since he cannot communicate what’s happening during his day, trust and communication were extremely important to me. Big Blue Marble exceeded my expectations in this area. Whenever anything came up, the staff consistently reached out to me by phone to keep me informed. They asked thoughtful questions and genuinely sought my input when they needed guidance on how to better understand or support Elijah. That level of care and collaboration gave me real peace of mind. They were also very accommodating with before-school and after-school care, and communication was always clear, timely, and respectful. I especially appreciated the director, who made it a point to contact me personally whenever she had questions or wanted to ensure he was being cared for in the best way possible. That personal attention truly stood out. Overall, I am very grateful for the care, patience, and compassion shown to my son. I highly recommend Big Blue Marble to any parent looking for a daycare where children are safe, supported, and genuinely welcomed.

We LOVE big blue marble! Our girl is happy every morning when she sees Miss Maddie and is still smiling when we pick her up in the afternoon. They keep us constantly updated and I trust them fully with my 6 month old.

I love how Taylor gets the kids involved and sits with them. She ensures they are staying on schedule and learning daily! She also helped our little girl potty training like a champ! She is Ahmazing! I must say, the whole staff from Latisha, Katrina, Jenny, Taylor, Lettie and Briann have been instrumental in the safety and growth of my daughter. 10 out 10 recommend!
