My oldest son has been here for a year and a half. We're moving out of state soon, and when I tell you I'm devastated about pulling him from this daycare...it has me almost in tears. We LOVE this daycare. The children consistently do constructive activities on a daily basis and I trust them wholeheartedly to love and care for my kids. We enrolled my infant son there at 12 weeks old, and yet again, I was completely blown away by how much they care for him and how communicative they are with me about his activities, feeding, and napping schedule. The teachers all know my son's names, regardless if they're in their classrooms or not. I wish I could take them with us on our move!
Christine MurrayJun 16, 20251 YEAR UPDATE: I am still extremely satisfied with Bright Future Child Care Center! The staff and owner, Natalie, have done a fantastic job this past year and deserve more credit than I can give in a single Google review. They have gone above and beyond with whatever I have thrown at them and have been accommodating to my child’s individual needs. Natalie and the staff truly care about the children and care about the families here and it shows. The staff is always smiling, always speaking, and always loving on my kid which warms my heart. My child loves coming here and especially loves his teacher Ms. Kelsey! He is over the moon about her and I understand why. Shes an absolute BEAST and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She has been consistent ever since she started as the 3 year old teacher. She provides a fun/loving learning environment and encourages the children to be the best versions of themselves. Shes firm in all the right ways and tends to lead a tight ship but that’s what children at this age need. Theres nothing worse than a chaotic classroom! She takes the time to know each and every one of her kids and that speaks volumes of her. She knows my kid like I know my kid and thats all I could ever hope for in a childcare experience. They still send updates(photos and videos) throughout the day. They still take hygiene seriously and will not let your kid sit in a soiled diaper. They’ll Change your kids if they get too dirty. They still feed the kids well. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied and my kid will remain here until he’s school aged. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I know what you’re thinking. I thought the same thing. Mixed reviews, lack of online presence (website), not the most appealing photos online. However, I took a chance on this place and scheduled a tour anyway. I was PLEASANTLY surprised. The facility looks much better in person. The inside is so clean and gives a homey feeling which I love. They even have a cute bird in the main office that provides sweet chirping sounds throughout the day. The staff were super friendly on the tour and all the kids looked to be well cared for and happy. As a mom, you either get good vibes or you don’t on a daycare tour. I got the best feeling about this place and enrolled my son right away. We’ve been here almost 3 weeks and we’re very pleased with our experience thus far. My son used to HATE being dropped off to his other school but, at this school he just walks right in. Such a relief. This school uses Brightwheel for easy communication and tuition payments. You also receive photo updates of your child throughout the day (not everyday but at least twice a week) which is nice. My son used to come home from other schools looking and smelling a mess! But since he’s been attending Bright Future, he always comes home looking and smelling like he did when I dropped him off. I was so suspicious I had to ask the teacher is he eating, doing arts and crafts, going outside? The teacher explained that they cover them up for food and messy crafts! Awesomeeeeee. The best part is, my sons diaper has never been soiled at pick up. His pants don’t ever smell like a poop that sat. Never! Not even once! I keep waiting for it to happen but it just doesn’t. Its so amazing and freeing. My only complaint is they seem to be having a hard time keeping a consistent 2 year old teacher. Everyday there seems to be a new face. Once they find a consistent and reliable teacher duo that we can grow with, this place will get 6 stars. Bright Future, please keep all the amazingness up! Don’t fall off! Us parents appreciate the consistent quality in the care you are providing.
Alexis MaberyFeb 14, 2023Love this daycare. Family owned and operated it truly a “home” for these sweet students. The staff’s communication is incredible with daily of not hourly pictures/updates of their day. You also have a direct line of contact with your child’s teacher(via easily downloadable app). My son has loved and is loved by every single staff member at Bright Futures. Their approach to learning is well balanced, inclusive, and FUN! At the end of the day I know my son is happy, learning, and SAFE.
Kelsey SmithJan 18, 2023Bright Futures was recommended to me by a friend who had had their children enrolled till they moved. I was extremely nervous because I had never left my children with anyone. Natalie was extremely caring and understanding of my nerves. We've now trusted our son in their care for 7 months and I couldn't be happier with the daycare. The employees and kind, caring, and personable. I get pictures and videos sent through the app they use to keep me updated on everything. Food, naps and diaper changes are all logged so you can stay informed. I love that Bright Futures is family owned and not a corporation. I have also noticed a huge improvement in my son's (2yo) speaking and he has started counting. I'm grateful to have such a trusted daycare right around the corner from me.
Holly LacourJan 8, 2023Update 12/16/25 My daughter is now in the PreK program here. I’ve gone through a lot personally and everyone here is so supportive! I wish my daughter could just stay here for elementary school. They do so many things that is interactive for the kids. My daughter still asks to go to school when she’s at home. Update 1.23.24 still in love with this daycare! I’ve moved twice and won’t move away because my daughter gets wonderful care! She talks about her friends and teachers at home and they send tons of pictures and updates about potty training and learning activities. She’s now almost 3 years ago. Updated post: we love this daycare and are terrified to move her so we rent houses local to it. I toured 6 daycares and this one was the cleanest, kindest, homiest and all around the top option. It’s been over a year and it was the BEST decision. She started in the infant room at 11 months old. This send a photos/videos nearly everyday. My daughter talks about all the wonderful staff members when she comes home. They have an open door policy, provide all food, drinks and wipes, and aren’t extremely strict on drop off/pick up. Original post: We love this childcare center! So friendly, provides regular updates, plenty of outdoor time and takes great care of our 1 1/2 year old.
