I am thankful that I found Brighter Vision Learning academy. From day one as I entered the building I felt like my child found a 2nd home. During my walk through consultation, the director was very intentional and interested in hearing how her center could fully satisfy my needs. After witnessing her level of compassion during the visit I was completely sold. My daughter is 3 and she’s adjusted well and looks forward to going daily. This center is well maintained, reasonably priced, and the staff are amazing!
Shantale WilliamsJun 14, 2026The bad unfortunately outweighed the good. On multiple occasions I would arrive for pick up and my baby would be watching TV. No lesson plan no art projects no events at the center. When issues are addressed with the director she either is unavailable, deflects the issue or down plays the situation. The cleanliness is non existent the furniture and toys covered with stains and dust. There is no communication so you have no clue how your child’s day is going or even what they eat on the lunch menu. And the way the staff talk to the children as if they are their own child. Yelling and using a harsh tone. I would not recommend at this time maybe they can figure it out but at this time it’s a 0/10
