Buford Children's Academy

My son has been attending BCA since he was 8 weeks old. He is now 8 months and is truly thriving. The director hit the jackpot with Ms. Baydaa and Ms. Carolina who oversee the infant room. They love my son like he was their own by giving him support and maternal care just as I would as his mother. As a first-time mom, I went through PPD challenges and the thought of daycare instilled so much fear and guilt, but that has surpassed as I've received daily updates, photos, crafts, activities, monthly calendars etc,... I can see that he is exactly where he needs to be. Watching his personality blossom and seeing him socialize with the other infants warms my heart. He has never come home with a dirty diaper or clothing and is always clean and in good spirits at pickup/drop off. (Mr. Independent loves joining his class, I can hardly get a look from him once his teacher has him... he's ready to get his day going and forgets about mama haha). Again, this shows me that he is in safe hands and is very comfortable around his caretakers for the duration of his day.

Our 3-year-old daughter recently started at Buford Children’s Academy, and she absolutely loves it! We were a little nervous at first about how she’d handle the transition, but the teachers have been so patient, kind, and caring. They really took the time to help her feel comfortable, and now she’s excited to go every morning. She talks about her teachers and friends all the time! The staff are all super friendly and easy to communicate with. We really appreciate how they share updates and post pictures of the kids doing different activities every day. This is such a nice way to stay connected and keep parents engaged. We couldn’t be happier and are we are very thankful for the warm, supportive environment they’ve created! - Robbie K

They love my baby so much and that’s all I care about. One day I forgot his formula and they went to the store and bought him some for me. They have drop-in rates which is AMAZING. And they have an app which tells you everything your baby did during the day. I love my baby’s teachers in the newborn room but the rest of the desk staff and teacher staff has always been welcoming as well. I teach kindergarten so I know what to look for when working with kids. During picture day I was able to observe how the staff interacted with the older kids and their love felt so genuine. The older kids were extremely well behaved while waiting to get their picture taken and their teachers kept doting on how beautiful the kids looked in their outfits. It made my mama heart smile. We toured approximately 6 daycares before we picked this one and we are very happy with our choice!

I love everything about Buford Childrens Academy! All of my kids have gone there and now we don't even live in the area, but I STILL drive out of the way to get my 4 yr old there everyday! I highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this daycare! ❤️ My little one started in the baby room with Ms. Bayda, and I was so impressed with how caring and patient she was. Babies can be difficult—especially mine, since he used to cry a lot—but seeing how calm and happy he was there made me feel confident that we chose the right place. I loved how Ms. Bayda even did little crafts with the babies! I took a break to be a stay-at-home mom for a year, but when I decided to send him back to daycare, I toured several places. None of them felt quite right, even though some were closer to home. Luckily, this daycare had space again, and I was able to re-enroll him. He absolutely loves it here and has so much fun with the other kids. The teachers are wonderful, and the owner is always helpful and understanding. I’m so grateful we found this place, and I hope my son can stay here until he’s ready for school!
