  • I LOVE the school and the staff are always pleasant. My granddaughter has been there since she was 1 yrs old. She’s now in the Pre-K class. My grandson goes to the summer camp and he enjoys it. The director is amazing and treats the children like her own. I’ve never experienced anything negative with any of the staff or the school itself.

  • They used to mistreat my autistic nephew Ira and laugh at him and and another parents daughter Jas who’s no longer there. They only care about money they don’t care about the best interest of your child and they give the kids sink water. I’m so happy they left from there. The place was very messy. Fast forward Ira and Jas are is in regular classes now. You never know what a child will become and you should watch how you treat people because what goes around comes around :)

  • I honestly do not know where to start. Enrolling my children here was an incredible journey and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Just like any parent I was nervous about dropping my kids off because some people just do it for the experience and are just baby sitters. That is not the case here. One of my daughters came here when she was one and when we had another child she was enrolled as a newborn. The facilities are clean and up-kept and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. My daughters are now 4 and 2 and their growth and development is outstanding and I have no one to thank but BFLA. I am a parent who takes education serious and from what I’ve observed so do they. My 4 year old receives a homework packet for the week that helps with writing and recognizing patterns. My now 2 year old knows her letters, colors (also in Spanish), numbers, shapes, months, and days of the week and of course my now 4 year old did as well at that age. They do have working cameras which was a plus for me and I know that they work. There was a situation where someone accidentally grabbed my daughters jacket and they ran the cameras back to show me what had happened and it was returned. I have many high praises to sing about BFLA but it would be a whole book. My kids would still be going here if it weren’t for us moving to the other side of town. I just want to thank you all for everything and taking care of my babies like they were yours.

  • My son graduated from Preschool at Building Foundations Learning Academy this last Spring (May 2024), and this last week (August 8, 2024), my son took the Baseline MAP Testing at his Kindergarten, and scored high enough to be moved to the accelerated Kindergarten class. In the accelerated class, he will finish his Kindergarten work by March and start learning 1st Grade Content for the rest of the school year. This should help him get in the Gifted Program in 3rd Grade. We are so happy with how much our son learned and grew at Building Foundations Learning Academy. I definitely think that what he learned there helped him to score high on the Baseline MAP tests.

  • I wanted to love this place because it had excellent reviews. The staff was very welcoming. The facility was clean. I didn’t like the fact that they still follow Covid protocols. You are not allowed to visit the facility after the child is checked in and you are not allowed to walk your child to their classroom. We didn’t get any updates about our 7 month old., no cameras family could access to give parents/caregivers peace of mind. My daughter went here for 2 days. At the end of the second day, my husband picked our daughter up and discovered she had a severe diaper rash that she didn’t have upon dropping her off. They didn’t tell him about it nor did they apply any cream/ointment that was provided. She was visibly uncomfortable. I removed her after this incident. The staff apologized for this but didn’t return the tuition money as a good faith gesture for truly being remorseful. Do yourself a favor and find a daycare facility that has cameras and a true open door policy!

  • It breaks my heart that my daughter is leaving BFLA. She has been with the BFLA family since she was 9 months old all they way up to 4 1/2 years old and she has enjoyed every minute. Every staff member has been amazing. Always great attitudes and positive energy received. A special thanks to Ms.Lily for being so patient, kind and overall an amazing individual. Thank you to all the staff for never having me think twice about the safety or well-being of my child. BFLA will always hold a special place in my heart for kicking off my child's educational journey. I love you all like family! Don't worry, I'll be sure to bring Bailey by for visits and school breaks!!!
