Linda LemonDec 6, 2025UNSAFE DAYCARE!!! Tried to make a call to report their driver going 70 in a 55 zone, only concerned because there could be kids in there. Before I even said hello, the lady who answered was EXTREMELY hostile. After so many times of her yelling “what do you want” I just decided to hang up because I can’t imagine they care about kids considering they don’t care to even appear professional.
Emily GrayNov 19, 2025I love this daycare! I trusted them with my 6 month old and I was scared at first but she’s 10 months now and I made the best choice with trusting them with my baby. Honestly some days she rather stay at daycare when I come to get her she loves them like family and it makes me feel so good that she’s so comfortable here. Everyone is extremely nice and I know they love what they do! I have never had any issues with the staff and I appreciate them for taking care of my baby while I’m busy at work. If you’re looking for a daycare this is definitely it this is Kh’Lani family away from family and she loves them!
Diamyn WestJan 28, 2022Back in early December, I went to pick up my 5 year old Special Needs child from Bumblebee Kid's Learning Center across from Indian Creek Middle School. It was a Friday, Dec. 3rd. When I got to the door, the owner met me...which wasn't unusual. She told me that she could no longer keep my son because she didn't have enough "teachers" on staff. Now, when I first started bringing him there back in August, she only had 2 workers at that time. At this time I had seen several new additions to her staff and if I had to guess there was around 5 helpers on staff. I was told this on a Friday at 4:45-5pm. With no opportunity to find alternate plans for the upcoming week. Her only attempt to let us know THAT DAY, was her calling and NOT leaving a voicemail with my wife. Now I'm a teacher at Indian Creek directly across the street and she had known she could call me at anytime. My son rode the bus there from Flint Hill Elementary and got there around 2:45 each afternoon and was there till approximately 4:30 each day. When I asked my son's school teacher if she knew of any possible options, she told us another daycare center, but further divulged to me that another student in my son's class had been told the same thing within the past week of me being told they couldn't keep him. This is clearly discrimination. My son has autism, but doesn't require any extensive supervision or extra work, so long as someone is in the general area of him. These things were discussed when I initially took my son to the center and they told me it wouldn't be a problem. My son came home with random bumps and scratches on his face on a more than one occasion and when I questioned her about it, she knew nothing. I chalked it up to possibly happening at his school and he is a boy and also playful and fearless and also because it was super convenient him being right across the street from me and for less than 2 hours a day. Since he has quit going to Bumblebee, those random scratches and marks have stopped.
Nate StephensJan 21, 2022If I could rate this daycare a 0 I would. Overall experience was horrible. This daycare is ghetto! The staff's are not teaching. The daycare owner wears tight fit clothes to work like she’s going to the club, she’s very messy, staff members speak to the kids any kind of way, had my son walking around bare foot never kept his shoes on. Kids are cursing, and hitting one another. The daycare itself is very nasty. Ive had 3 different incidents happen with my son and daughter. Staff would leave my son wet without changing him. Since my kids been here I’ve seen 4 staff members come and go. The staff here is very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to anyone. I’m in the process of switching my kids daycare. The owner is a failed hair salon owner, and will be a failed daycare owner next!
Jerrica NunnallyFeb 21, 2020My son was enrolled here last year, hours were good. . . overall experience bad. I didn’t have him enrolled for long, there were THREE different incidents where my child came home with unexplained and undocumented scratches on him!!!! And then they had the nerve to imply that maybe I scratched my own child!!! Excuse me?!. . . This other toddler was bullying my child to the point my son cried every time I had to take him, it made me not even want to go to work just so I wouldn’t have to take him there. I ended up finding a babysitter, then a new daycare. I did not find the staff too professional either. This was my son’s first daycare experience and it was a nightmare.
