The Busy Bees Learning Academy 2 does not have a business page, so I am airing my grievances here for visibility and transparency. I enrolled my child at the Grovetown (2) location on May 4, 2026 and withdrew him on May 12, 2026, noting due to getting sick his first week, he was absent from school May 6-8. When I met with the Director, T Carmen, I was very transparent about the behavioral issues my toddler had been having at his previous school in the past 6 months. During our conversation (before I decided to move forward with enrollment), I was lead to believe that because she’d faced similar issues in the past personally and who I was told would be his teacher, Ms. Bri, had hands on experience with children with ADHD/autism (although my child is very intelligent and has not been diagnosed with either), they would be able to accommodate him. However, despite him being only 1 of 4 children in his class, they were apparently unable to and I do not believe they did their absolute best with him only having been present for 4 days on top of the fact that instead of the more experienced teacher, Ms. Bri, being his teacher, each day I dropped him off and picked him up, he was received/released by Ms. Garrett, Ms. Bradley, or the staff member who prepares the school lunches. Additionally, in the four days he was present at school, I never received an update or insight into how his days were going—no pictures, no documentation of bathroom breaks, no documentation of learning activities, no documentation of snacks/lunch, no documentation of teacher engagement, no documentation of naps—an issue that had still not been resolved the day I withdrew my child from the program today. I have requested a full refund for services not rendered (I paid for the month) and footage of incidents involving my child’s time at this location. I requested this information both in person at pick up today and in the app where I did not receive a reply. However, I did discover that my access to the Procare parent app had immediately been revoked, which is fine because I made sure to get screen captures of everything in the app to serve as documentation of my claims. After the conversation we had, I’m very disappointed that they appeared to have given up on my child after only 4 (half days—he did no more than 5 or 6 hours at daycare per day) and I did not receive the services or support I was told I would receive. I am not sure about the Hepzibah location, but I do not and will not recommend BBLA 2 Grovetown to anyone and now I better understand why the previous owner/daycare was shut down. Whether they were affiliated with BBLA 2, I’m not sure and frankly I don’t care. To be nowhere near full capacity (maybe not even half) and unable to work with a newly 3 year child is concerning and disappointing. Apparently it’s paychecks over people/families. Update: 5/14/2026 Today I was surprised to learn this location’s camera system is not operational and has not been operational since at least my child was enrolled on May 4. Also to my surprise, I learned the Director had recorded an “incident” involving my child on her personal phone without my prior knowledge or approval. When I questioned her about this, she called the police on me claiming I’d been confrontational. No police action was taken, but let this serve as an FYI as to how BBLA2 may conduct business with you should you try to advocate for your child or dare hold them accountable.
D DMay 12, 2026Ashley Cruz, let’s be clear — you work at this facility and do not have a child enrolled here, yet you are leaving reviews presenting yourself in the same way as actual parents who trust their children in this environment. That is misleading to families who are trying to make informed decisions. Since leaving, my nephew’s behavior and overall well-being have noticeably improved, which only reinforced our decision. Families deserve honesty and transparency from real parent experiences, not reviews written from a staff perspective being presented as something else.
Kailyn NiquoleApr 21, 2026This is my 3rd time back and the place looks amazing and feels like home! The staff members are trust worthy and everyone does as expected and some as far as keeping the learning environment clean safe and professional for young children to grow in. I highly recommend this place. Their motivation and dedication to meeting yours and your child's needs is strong and always positive.
Ashley CruzApr 21, 2026BEWARE! This place is so unprofessional. They do not change the kids like they are suppose to and when my child kept getting diaper rashes they blame the parents . They talk bad about the parents and children in front of the children . My child’s behavior got so bad while attending this daycare and as soon as I caught wind of the negligence and abuse going on in that facility I immediately removed my child . My child’s behavior has positively changed since leaving . I also heard a staff member threatening one of the children with my own ears when I was next door at the gas station . I could not see who it was specifically due to the gate being right there but I removed my child immediately. I was also informed by a source that they are very aggressive with the children like popping them and screaming at them and encouraging violent behavior. This place is filthy and not up to standards at all. Highly do not recommend. Since leaving a few months ago my child has been thriving tremendously.
Blossom QueenApr 21, 2026I’m late but I pulled my child out of here sometime last year. Completely disgusting. Every time I went in there it smelled like canned green beans. They were so worried about my car and nails that they couldn’t realize that my baby had another child’s pacifier in her mouth when I came to pick her up. The director with a mouth full of permanent golds like she in a Bubba Sparks video lol was nice but not sure what her role was since she never sent out any alerts. Like what kind of screening do these people go thru? My baby stayed sick when she was in this daycare every single time she went there. At first I was listening to people say it’s normal for babies to get sick in daycare but no! My baby has been at Agape on Tobacco ever since leaving here and the most she has is a runny nose that allergy medicine helps cure. My baby got hand foot and mouth disease while attending here. They sent the alert to me the same day they told me that they believed she got it. She stayed in the emergency room while attending this daycare. Always had a fever. I don’t see how people keep taking there kids here. Sometimes cheap just ain’t worth them babies. They always got an availability for a child. Overworking the good workers there which is about 2 of them. I hope they’ve gotten better but this is my honest review while my kid was there.
Gabrielle JacksonApr 16, 2024I would not recommend this facility. My reason are the lack of professionalism at this facility. I have went to this place several times I’ve observed individual’s who certainly do not look as if they have any certification to be around any kids!! A young male as if he’s in his early 20’s with basketball shorts and over stretched tee shirt in the class room with kids. The parking is awful!! Busy bee’s staff don’t check Id properly . I was able to go pick up my niece with out showing any identification first time ever being there; what if i was a complete stranger? My sister would have been devastated. Old This facility needs a lot of improvement. It needs to be properly clean; it smells like dirt diapers when you walk in. Definitely need the proper training.
