Calvary Harvest Christian Academy is the perfect school for children. The staff loves the students and is it a bible teaching school. My two sons graduated from the academy and they know how to speak, read and write properly. Thank God for the academy
Barbara ExilJul 17, 2026I would not recommend this school based on my personal experience. I found the pastor to be rude, condescending, and lacking professionalism in his interactions with students and parents. For example, he once greeted my child by saying, “I’m going to have a bad day since you’re here,” which I felt was completely inappropriate. On another occasion, when my daughter reported that another student had hit her, he responded by saying he would need to check the cameras, but then immediately stated, “I don’t have time for that.” There were also ongoing issues with the school’s childcare programs. Before care was supposed to open at 6:30 a.m., but staff often did not arrive until closer to 6:50–7:00 a.m. The aftercare environment also felt disorganized and unsafe. I seen a video of the aftercare classroom the one teacher regularly allows her sons to play ball inside the cafeteria wait room, and the kids were running, screaming, grabbing on each other to be first to this ball and the teacher was just wiping the tables like nothing was going on, appearing to have very little classroom management overall. Students frequently used inappropriate language, fought, and bullied one another without meaningful intervention from staff. Additionally, many of the staff members are related, which made it seem difficult to address concerns fairly or objectively. In my experience, complaints were often met with passive responses, and I worried about retaliation toward students when issues were raised. I was also uncomfortable with the inappropriate conversations some staff members have around the children. Overall, my experience with this school was very disappointing.
Iesha BarrowMay 20, 2026Absolutely adore this school. My son loved going every day, and I felt confident and comfortable leaving him there every time. The staff is extremely professional, kind, and you can tell that it’s not just a paycheck to them - they have a passion for it and their students. We were so sad that we had to move from the area and had to find another day care. This place made my standards even higher, and they were already high.

Katie Stufmee (Katie)Feb 20, 2025Just five stars isn't enough...I can't say enough positive things about this wonderful school. My daughter started here two weeks ago and I absolutely love it here. The staff is so warm and welcoming. These people have a true heart for children. Special thanks to a true gem Ms.Tamara... this woman is God sent. I have looked all over the area but this is by far the best place for a child to grow mentally, spirtually and physically. Thank you Calvary's Harvest Christian Academy!!!
