I want to share my experience with this Ceaders. Over time there were situations I experienced with front office staff and management, to include Ms. Khristina, Ms. Mallory, Ms. Aleigh, and Ms. Candy. Communication from management has been poor with both parents and teachers. There were incidents that were reported and not properly addressed. It has often been difficult to get timely responses or clear information. At times, I felt like I was given whatever answer would end the conversation rather than receiving honest, helpful information. That left me feeling as though my concerns were being brushed aside instead of being properly addressed. Professional communication should include transparency, consistency, and respect, but that was not my experience. Another concern is the lack of support provided by management to the teachers. From what I observed, classrooms sometimes included children with significant behavioral needs that required all of the teachers attention and less attention on other kids. The teachers were expected to manage these situations without adequate training, resources, or consistent administrative support. I also observed that many classrooms appeared to have too many children and not enough staff causing accidents to happen with the kids because the teachers were overwhelmed. Based on what I've personally observed, the ongoing issues with communication, professionalism, staffing, and administrative support have contributed to dissatisfaction among both teachers and families. In my opinion, these issues have also played a role in teachers leaving and families choosing to withdraw their children from the school. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that management will take these concerns seriously and make meaningful improvements to communication, professionalism, transparency, staffing, and support for both teachers and students. The children, families, and teachers all deserve better.
Nicole PriceJul 24, 2026This center is absolutely amazing! Every staff member I came in contact with today was bubbly and welcoming! Mallory showed us around and was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. I would also like to thank Mercedes for referring me. Everything was perfect, and my baby loved it so much he cried when it was time to leave . I’m so excited for this new journey for him! 💙

L HortonMar 17, 2026Ms. Q and Tia are absolutely amazing! Their patience, kindness, and genuine care for the children truly stand out. When my son first started in July, he was not potty trained, and by December he was fully potty trained. Which speaks volumes about their dedication, consistency, and support. They create such a positive and nurturing environment where the kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they work with every child. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, energy, and the love they pour into their classroom every day. Cedars is lucky to have teachers like them!
Linda HaughtonFeb 19, 2026Ms.Jacki is such a beautiful soul. She goes above and beyond to help her students succeed helping them daily with homework and reading. I've witnessed over 12 of her students get reading certificate awards and the students are eager and excited when it's time to read. It has been a treasured gift to have been introduced and gotten to know Ms. Jackie. She also gives the BEST hugs and encouragement I can't say enough praises about this Wonderful Teacher.
