  • GREAT! love the staff, very organized, very informative! been going there for 4 years now. Will not go to another place! Director and Ast. Director are there to answer any questions you have. My kids feel safe there and come home talking about their day!

  • DO NOT SEND YOUR BABIES HERE!!! The owner and her daughter are liars! They will stick together and lie on you to get you to be upset and then play victim! They are unprofessional and need to be shut down! They are violating several rules and it will be reported!!

  • Parents beware!!!! Parents do not bring your children to this facility. The staff are very unprofessional, and they immediately get defensive If you ask any questions about the welfare of your child while in their care. The owner and her daughter are both clearly inexperienced and unprepared to run this facility. If a parent raises concerns about their child, they will deflect and minimize the situation. They were asked on two separate occasions about the cleanliness of this facility, as well as the schedule that they kept the children on- why? Because what they SAID, and what they DID were totally different. However, once concerns were addressed, their resolution was to place a “band-aid” on the situation, rather than implement processes and systems to completely rectify the problem. Additionally, they corroborated a story to justify their lack of competence, and tried to refute claims against them by verbally attacking the parent. No matter the price, this place NOT worth leaving your child in their care.

  • Military Families Beware!!!! My grandchildren are enrolled at this facility. My daughter who is an Active Duty Airborne soldier stationed out of state, tried to contact the director in reference to her children. The teacher and assistant director both informed my daughter that she couldn’t receive the contact information to send over documentation from her divorce in order to be an active parent in her children’s lives. I was flabbergasted. So I called asked to speak with the director. A person named Tina assumed I was my daughter and immediately stated I don’t know what you and your husband have going on. When I tried to interject to let her know that I wasn’t his spouse. She then stated she couldn’t talk to me at all. All I asked for is an email address or fax number. This is the most unprofessional and definitely not military friendly facility. What she was unaware of is that her rudeness towards my daughter was witnessed by her commanding officer. I advise all military to stay away from this facility. Furthermore the teacher/assistant director stated there was a restraining order against my daughter which was falsely stated by their father. No such documentation exist as her attorney has already checked. It was the rudeness and disrespectful nature that Tina demonstrated which proved this to be very unprofessional behavior. As a Director, the proper way to handle this would have been to allow someone the opportunity to provide proof of who they were along with court documents that clearly state my daughter’s rights as a parent. Coparenting can be hard enough without having a daycare be uncooperative and blatantly unprofessional especially towards a military member.

  • I picked up my son with a huge rash all over his body from head to toe. Walked immediately back in to inquire about it and the teacher said she had no idea. She didn’t notice it. That was on his 4th day attending. Went back the next week to get his blankets and clothes. They had lost it and said I never brought it. Very unsatisfactory
