  • My family loves this center. While there have been some changes in leadership recently for the good. The new director seems very knowledgeable and is eager to help and build relationships with the families. It has only been a short time, and she already knows my child by name. I am excited to see what she brings.

  • Do not send your babies here. Ashley really sells it ( she’s a good sales woman ) makes it seem like your child is going to be really taken care of, my son attended the toddler class, Ashley told me I would get updates with pictures on their app in real time every single day ( never got an update or picture for my son ) Nor did I ever get somebody at this location to answer the phones when you call to check up on your child. On my sons last day at this day care I picked him up and they were playing in the playground (I would always pick up my child dirty had wood chips in his shoes) I noticed his regular teacher wasn’t there. This bald headed lady with piercings In her late 40s-50 was watching the kids but she was on a personal phone call. She told one of the toddlers to “Hush up Maverick” in a really rude tone of voice. I picked up my toddler from the playground ( mind you the baldheaded lady didn’t even acknowledge me) I noticed my son had a popped diaper (god knows how long) and was dehydrated. This daycare is a babysitting service they don’t care about your babies they just care for a check. Anyways we have found the right fit for us and so glad I trusted my intuition.

  • I cannot say enough great things about Childcare Network in Norcross! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The director is absolutely amazing , professional, caring, and truly invested in the children and families. You can tell she runs the center with both structure and heart. The staff is just as incredible. Every teacher we’ve encountered has been kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in such loving and capable hands every day. One thing that really stands out is the cleanliness of the facility. Everything is always spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard, which is so important when it comes to childcare. Overall, this center exceeds expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a safe, nurturing, and clean environment with an outstanding team, this is the place. Highly recommend!

  • I cannot say enough good things about this school. From the time I was pregnant to now having my baby, they have been nothing but supportive, attentive, and genuinely caring. I was honestly nervous about bringing my newborn to daycare, but they made that transition so much easier. They’ve shown my baby so much love and care, and they have always been just as amazing with my oldest as well. My oldest started here in daycare and is now in Pre-K, and they have always made sure he was taken care of, supported, and loved every step of the way. Kadida, my baby’s teacher, Ashley, the assistant director, and Chandler, the director, have truly become like family to us. You can tell they do not just do this as a job, they really love these kids, all of them, not just mine. They truly make the most of everything they have and always make sure the kids feel safe, supported, and loved. If you are looking for a place where your children will be safe, loved, and genuinely cared for, this is it. I am beyond grateful for them.

  • Hello to everyone, 4 years ago my 4 kids started going to this daycare, when the front desk was Ms. Stephanie, what an amazing place this was. 2 years later, they let her go, her replacements were okay, then they were let go or resigned/idk but after them, cool, some control, I hated being forced to have to forcefully pay for outside activities and if I didn’t, I wasn’t allowed for my kids to come to daycare, so I sucked it up and paid $40-$60 dollars extra a week so my kids can go on these mandatory field trips. Meanwhile my kids were showing up with bruises on their cheeks, black eyes, and my daughter fell so bad we ended in the emergency room. Along came Ms. Chandler, worse thing to ever happen to this daycare. I would go get my kids, you’d have Mr. Cam sleeping on her desk, kids being forced to sit on the floor in the front office while parents came, being yelled at to BE QUIET, everyone that worked there was always yelling and screaming at the kids. Mind that for 3 years my kids never had one accident, but last year was the worse, I felt I had no choice sometimes, so my last conference in NY which was in Nov 2025 I came home, to find my son with yet again with another black eye. Told the daycare, nothing was done. I quit my job and decided to be a SAHM best decision ever made. But I know it’s hard, just please look into this daycare before making any selection, they had food on the hallway, the front was always dirty, go into the classrooms, look at the bathroom, because bringing in these new ppl everything in this daycare became dirty and disgusting. Shoot, I asked for an emergency first aid kit and they didn’t have one. Told me they just ordered one. My kids stopped going Nov and to make matters worse, when I cancelled their “membership” I was still charged the following week, when they stopped going for 2 weeks. I called they told me it was a payment from August? 2 months later? I’m not going to argue, keep it. But really look into this daycare. I’m not saying things can’t change but as long as Chandler is there, I will never ever second guess this place. God bless! I have pictures of my kids but I don’t think it’s appropriate. Also I did made reports to the Georgia division, sadly they fired Lady G, who was an amazing asset to this place. I let my kids stay a lot for her, once she was gone, I was done. They let go who they shouldn’t. But that’s front desk for ya! They control everything. Better the innocent then the guilty.
