  • I honestly couldn’t ask for a better daycare for my daughter. Everyone is always so friendly and in a good mood, and they make you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. It really feels like they care about the kids and the families. I also love how safe everything is. Having a passcode to get into the building gives me peace of mind, and I really appreciate getting updates and pictures throughout the day on the app. It makes being at work so much easier when I can see what she’s doing and know she’s having a good day. I trust the staff completely, and knowing my daughter is safe, happy, and loved while she’s there means everything to me. I’m so thankful we found Childcare Network and would definitely recommend them to other parents! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • They take amazing care of my daughter they make sure to have a very good time at daycare with the kids. They also keep you very well updated on the app they have, to keep track of what your kid does all day and potty breaks they have throughout the day. I love how ChildCare Network treats everyone equally n how welcoming they are to one another.

  • I didn’t have many issues when I first started my son here. Kate was amazing when it came to wearing many hats while it became a revolving door of directors and teachers. My child was in the 2 yr old room. I attended his class party only to have my eyes opened to the kind of classroom he was in and the neglect the teacher showed. First of all, the younger teachers are constantly on their phones. The iPad on the wall is always on and seems to be most of your child’s entertainment. I dropped my child off at breakfast time and the teacher was in the bathroom for 15 minutes while my child and another child sat there eating. I stayed to make sure they didn’t choke since she wasn’t watching them. They only have 1 teacher in the room until they HAVE to get someone else in there for being over ratio. One teacher trying to watch kids eat, take kids to the bathroom, and other kids playing is a lot of kids for only 1 set of eyes. Safety measures aren’t exactly top tier. Which brings me to the situation his teacher nonchalantly told me about where a child vomited and they poured the chemical powder over it. Without separating the kids, my child went and ate some of the powder not knowing what it was. (Something that my child does NOT do at home is eat off the floor!) I DIDNT receive a call. I was not notified when it happened. Poison control wasn’t called. Nothing. The teacher laughed while telling me the story thinking it was gross and funny. Point being, while some teachers my child had while he was there were attentive and informative, others are not. And this was the tipping point for me for pulling him out. There’s too many kids and not enough teachers. And the teachers aren’t following the curriculum in a way where they sit and teach your kids - it’s more like doing a craft or reading a book to check off a box that it’s been completed for the day. The cleanliness is terrible. My child came home smelling like poop most days from not being wiped thoroughly and went straight to the bath. Kids noses aren’t wiped enough they all have snot running down their faces and my child was sick more than healthy. (I know that come with daycare territory, but my child has been at a new place for 2.5 months now and not sick once yet). The sinks are taped shut. So they use baby wipes after the bathroom or outside to “clean” hands. While they advertise cameras for security, they will not release any footage of your children to prove any incident that has happened. Not even to the state. So, if you send your child here, just be aware, ask questions, and check in on your child.

  • My son started going there in 2023 in a early head start program. His teachers Audy and Kate always was fantastic. I never had a single issue. Any time there was any questions they was very prompt about getting back with me. The BEST thing was getting daily pictures ☺️ Kate helped potty train my son and he was out of diapers on just a few weeks. She told me hey we are potty training this week and he had it after that. Shortly after I put my daughter who at the time was in kindergarten into after care there. And SHE LOVED IT. They would both still being aftercare this year but God has allowed me to have a amazing work from home job where I am able to set my own schedule and pick them up from school.

  • I couldn't be more pleased with the care my child has received at Childcare Network. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like part of the family. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming, with a layout that encourages both learning and play. The educators are incredibly attentive and nurturing, always engaging with the kids in fun, educational activities. The communication is excellent too. I always feel informed about how my child is doing, thanks to the daily updates and pictures. Kate is always available for any questions, and I appreciate how open she is to feedback. Most importantly, I feel confident that my child is safe and happy here. I highly recommend Childcare Network to any parent looking for a daycare that provides top-notch care and a positive environment for their child

  • My son attended Childcare Network on and off from 3 years. (The off was when my schedule changed and I was able to pick him up myself). During Kindergarten I found myself a single mom and needed to work hours outside of regular school hours. I reached out to CCN and got a tour. I was nervous as any mom would be but had a good feeling to give the place a try and they did NOT disappoint. They picked my boy up from school daily even on 1/2 or crazy weather days where I did not have to leave work. I was able to be a good mom because he loved the environment and a good employee at the same time by working the hours expected of me. Would 10000% recommend CCN Chatsworth for your childcare needs.
