  • 10/10 would recommend. Teachers are friendly and helpful. Classrooms are clean and the classroom displays show skills that are being taught. Melissa opened the door with a smile and provided a warm welcome.

  • I would not recommend this daycare to other parents based on my experience. On multiple occasions, I picked my children up with extremely runny noses, dirty faces, heavily soiled diapers, and messy clothes that clearly had not been changed throughout the day. Cleanliness and basic care often seemed neglected, and I frequently noticed other children appearing the same way. The staff also lacked attentiveness and support during drop-offs. When my children were crying or struggling with separation anxiety, staff would often stand by instead of assisting, leaving me stuck there an additional 10–20 minutes trying to calm my children down so I could get to work. It felt very inconsiderate and unsupported. Items and materials I brought in for my children were also misplaced several times, which added to the frustration. The facility appeared short-staffed, and at times it showed in the level of supervision. I personally witnessed a baby in the infant classroom nearly climbing or falling out of a crib while staff seemed distracted and not fully paying attention. One situation that especially concerned me was finding my child in the restroom alone using the bathroom without proper assistance. The director handed him Kleenex to wipe himself despite him still needing help in the restroom. That level of supervision is unacceptable for young children. I also have a child with ADHD, and it became very clear that the staff lacked the patience, understanding, and resources needed to properly support children with additional behavioral or developmental needs. Instead of working collaboratively with me as a parent, the director abruptly changed my child’s daycare schedule overnight due to behavior concerns and only sent an email while I was asleep. I was unaware of the change and brought my child at the normal scheduled time the next morning, only to be told upon arrival that my child could no longer attend during those hours. That situation was handled very poorly and created unnecessary stress and confusion. Communication and management were also frustrating. I had to contact the district manager multiple times regarding concerns. Ms. Jasmine, before being demoted from assistant director, often seemed unaware of important information and policies. I was also once told my child could not return to daycare even with a doctor’s note, which was shocking and unlike anything I’ve experienced with any childcare facility. I would also strongly encourage parents to document and keep records of conversations and interactions with management, especially the director. In my experience, interactions were often exaggerated or misrepresented afterward. At one point, I was accused of cursing at the director, which I know for a fact did not happen. That was very concerning to me and made communication feel uncomfortable and untrustworthy. Overall, my experience was disappointing and concerning. Parents should feel confident that their children are being cared for, supervised, treated with patience, and properly supported, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

  • After 4 years of my son in a different facility and switching him to this childcare network he is a brand new kid. They take amazing care of their babies and you can tell they truly love every one of them. The facility is always clean and organized, the app keeps you updated on what your child does all day including what they eat. I am so excited for my son to attend Pre-K with them next year!! Truly is worth every penny for good childcare!!!

  • My son is currently in prek here and my daughter attended prek here last here. There are no words! Ms. Danielle has been my saving grace and an angel to both of my kids!!! Their growth, confidence, and comfort is so noticeable and the way she teaches and loves her students is something a parent dreams to find! Ms. Angel (2024-2025) was also an amazing addition to my daughter’s life. As was Ms. Shay (2025) to my son!! We miss both of these ladies dearly! We will forever be grateful to childcare network for bringing these incredible teacher into our lives, ESPECIALLY Ms. Danielle!!!

  • We love this facility they are so great we have been here for about two years with our 3 year old and our 2 month old just started! They have been so attentive and supportive with the process of bringing in our baby! We never have to worry if our kids our being fed and treated properly as they keep the app updated with all the activities, feedings and potty or diaper changes! It is such a clean happy and healthy environment and would highly recommend to anyone with little ones to be cared by a trusting team! They are like family as we trust them to care for ours! Thank you Childcare Network for all you do and all the updates and photos of our little ones!
