  • I love Childcare Network! My Grandchildren attend this center. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Having worked in Childcare in previous years, there's always a challenge and it's sometimes not easy to present a pristine appearance. So, I applaud the efforts of this Center and especially the Director. It's not easy work. My Grandbabies are always happy and excited to attend. They enjoy the environment and it shows! Outside of normal child's play, we've never had a problem with the teachers. Staff, cooks or Directors. Keep up the Excellent job!

  • Despicable and unacceptable experience, My two year old started Here on the 23rd of March Monday, I was already hesitant about daycare in general but decided to keep an open mind with this place, upon picking him up the very first week I noticed a lot of disorganization and exhausted/overstimulated workers with the exception of one, who was very nice and informative. Everytime I would pick him up and ask the teacher questions she would never know anything as if she didn’t understand what I was asking ? Odd.. that following Wednesday I arrived to pick my son up, they told me they still had to change his diaper but he had a really good day, he ran up to me and his face had swelling and bite marks cuts and open wounds on His face !!! I asked what happened and was told they had no idea what had happened, we asked for camera footage they told us they had to send a special request to even see the footage because it’s only live footage, also the director told me that a incident report was supposed to happen and that didn’t happen. Told us she would follow up with the teacher that was on duty that day. The following day his father and bonus mother came up to the daycare to retrieve an update about what happened and to view the camera footage , she was very apologetic and told us that the teachers are basically blaming each other and no answers have been found. I had to take my son to the doctors office to find out it was confirmed bite marks and he’s now taking antibiotics to prevent infection. They also told us the 2 year old classroom always have incidents and it’s wild. If you have a 2 year old or any kid believe the reviews you see THEY ARE TRUE !!

  • Today was only our child’s THIRD day at this facility, and he came home injured. He was bitten and scratched all over his face to the point of bleeding, with visible marks even in and around his ear. This is completely unacceptable. What’s even more alarming is that no one saw anything. Not one staff member could explain what happened to our child. That alone tells me there is a serious lack of supervision. Children are clearly not being properly monitored, and it shows. The environment feels chaotic and unsafe. The children appear to be running wild, and the facility is obviously understaffed. On top of that, the staff we encountered were unprofessional no greeting, poor attitudes, and no sense of urgency or concern when we addressed a serious injury to a child. At this point, we have zero confidence in this center’s ability to provide basic safety. We will be filing a police report and reporting this to DFCS, along with additional agencies. This situation is beyond unacceptable it is negligence. Our child is FREAKING 2!!!

  • Over all the location has a high turn over rate, new administration so yes they need grace to figure things out. I would agree I did have some confusion with my infants milk just like another parent had mentioned in the infant room which raised some concerns but i was actually told about the milk issue by one of the employees. During sign up process I signed approval for my child to get formula from the state we had no problems for over 3 months then I got pulled into the office because they stated they were spending too much money on milk and I needed to provide my own. This is where I got confused because I signed documents to get milk from the state. Then a teacher asked me one afternoon was my child only suppose to get 3 oz of milk and I said no my child suppose to get 5-6oz. Which the worker stated they noticed for the pass week the bottles was only filled to 3 even though I updated the documents over a month ago. This made me concerned and it explained why my child was so hungry most nights. After that I started bring his milk and that fixed that issue. Unfortunately I did have to move him for other reasons but that was my biggest concern while I was there.

  • Disgusting experience. The final straw for me is when my infant was left to starve all day because The teacher mixed up the bottles and instead of calling me to see Which bottle was hers, she decided to pour the breast milk out. There were older kids mixed into the classroom with my infant. When I initially toured the place, I was given one price and then when I started, I was given a completely different price 80+ dollars difference. The director completely denied any accountability for the price that she gave to me. And tried to say that I was mistaken. When I printed off the proof and sent it to them with the initial price in her signature, I was not given any apologies, but told that they would not be able to honor that price.

  • I have been sending my daughter to Childcare Network since she was two years old, and I cannot say enough positive things about this daycare. The care and attention that they provide to the children is truly exceptional. The staff at Childcare Network are not only professional and experienced but also warm and caring. They create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and supported. My daughter has developed so much during her time at the daycare, both academically and socially. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of young children. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, and I appreciate the variety of activities and learning opportunities that are offered. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my daughter is in good hands when she is at Childcare Network. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a loving and enriching environment for their child. Thank you, Deloris, Becky, Ms. D, and Ms. Jennifer for everything you do for the children in your care. You truly make a difference in their lives.
