All 3 of my children had a chance to be a part of this wonderful experience at Childcare Network #251. All of them left feeling advanced and creative with the exception of my 1 year old. I feel he gets all the love and attention he needs. I’m starting to think he works there. This great team gets involved when it comes to any of the children that attends there. Better believe they are going to be able to tell you everything you need to know about your child. The good, bad, and ugly. They are going to make sure your child is safe at all times and advance to the level they need to be. If there’s a concern, they definitely are on the case. They have cameras that work to ensure the safety of things at all times. I can count on 1 hand about any concerns that I may have had and that includes with all my children. My oldest is 12. They are very convenient especially in location for the kids school and my job. That’s always a plus for me. Overall, the love is there for our children and I’m definitely here for it. Thank you for all you do, it’s much appreciated.
regina brittDec 20, 2025Selecting CN was the best decision! Returning to work and knowing my child is truly safe gives me a peace of mind. He literally runs from the car each morning to the building, and is excited to be there. The staff is friendly and very professional. His teacher genuinely cares about his well-being.The activities are designed to help your child with their physical and mental development. Job well done CN and thanks for being an extension of the village for parents!
Carol LawrenceDec 19, 2025I love this place. They make my children feel at home and safe. They love going there. The staff is warm and friendly. I feel safe leaving my children there with them knowing they will learn, eat and play safely. The management is superior. Whenever I’ve had a concern they made me feel heard and ALWAYS took care of the issue.
Shameka HeardDec 18, 2025My daughter has gone to this center since she was 3 months old. She is now in the 3rd grade and she still goes there for after school. Every year, I have had the best teachers for my daughter. Any time issues arose, they were handled quickly and professionally. I can always speak to the the director and assistant director when I need something. I don't trust many people outside of my family with my daughter but I 100% trust my daughter to be in good hands when she is there.
Daphne BallewSep 5, 2025Today I really was inquiring why Ms. Tiffany wasn’t in the room with our children to celebrate the end of their pre-k milestone, only to learn that the review below was the reason. So this review is in response to TaShay Sewell who previously left a review. As a parent whose child is in Ms. Tiffany’s class every single day, I feel compelled to speak up. This review reads less like a concerned parent’s experience and more like a vendetta against one of the kindest, most professional educators at this center. Ms. Tiffany has shown nothing but compassion, consistency, and care for the children in her class. My child adores her and has never once expressed feeling unsafe, unheard, or mistreated. In fact, Ms. Tiffany is often the reason my child wants to come to school. She knows she’ll be cared for, challenged, and protected. Isn’t this the same person that allegedly defrauded a staff member at this center? Then has the nerve to publicly defame others, it’s clear this is not about concern for your child, but to be a bully just like you claim this teacher is. At this point your credibility is nonexistent. Also if you believe whole heartedly that your child is being “bullied” by this teacher WHY are you still allowing her to go to this school? I know for sure as a parent that loves my child more than anything and truly wanting to protect them, I would not be allowing my child to go back to the center, especially if I had filed a complaint against the teacher and “nothing was done.” But I guess “Most parents don’t have sense when it comes to their children.” Evidently you are just upset at the fact that you simply didn’t get the outcome you hoped for when attempting to smear a respected teacher. Is this childcare facility perfect? No it’s not. But let’s also not pretend that one person’s exaggerated claims define an entire facility or its staff. Many of us parents witness the day to day dedication these teachers give our kids. We know who’s real and who’s reaching for drama. And while you may feel entitled to speak on who’s “running the building,” just know that if Chelsie is unavailable, Joy has stepped in seamlessly. She’s more than capable, and the staff respect her leadership. Ms. Tiffany deserves more than this baseless attack and so do the rest of us parents who value truth, respect, and a safe learning environment.
AriazMay 16, 2025I was extremely thankful that they had an opening. We had moved into our place on the first day of school and many places were highly priced for just afterschool service and pre-K in the morning. I walked in, there was a lot of clutter and Ms Chelsea didn’t know how to operate without the front desk associate— at the time I did not know she was the director. My daughter was about to start the following week In August. By December, my daughter came home stating that someone said that her hair was ugly, she said that someone was a teacher. At the time I just thought she was talking because there are a lot of young teachers there during the after school. I told her next time to tell me while we’re at the daycare. A few months later, she complained that Ms Tiffany got in her face and yelled and also stated “I could smell her breath”. I told her to tell Ms Tiffany that she needs to talk to her in a tone appropriate for children. Then she still stated the SAME TEACHER and the same COMMENTS about her hair. We know when child keep the same name and the same situation there has to be some truth in it. The story didn’t change for months! My daughter started saying that she didn’t wanna go to school or that she hoped that Miss Tiffany, Tiffany Baker, the one who left a review below, was not at the daycare today. It became a weekly thing. When I approached another teacher about the claims and how my daughter felt uncomfortable around Miss Tiffany, the teachers body language was very uncomfortable. She said that she would call me later to talk, she NEVER called me. Therefore, I asked the director to meet with me and the two teacher that take care of my daughter. But apparently the director is not as hands-on at this facility as she is with the others. I had to force a meeting the very next day, in which I did arrive early to, but she never showed up. Even after the meeting ran past our original meeting time. In that moment, the only time that the teacher truly responded with anything is when I accused her of bullying a five-year-old. Because I guess she just didn’t understand why the meeting was taking place. During the meeting, the other teacher did not say one word supporting Tiffany’s comments, she sat there blank. I asked for her to be there in case there was something that I may have said and it wasn’t true. After the meeting the front desk associate reminded us all not to have conversations around my child about this matter. Which is understandable. Here we are in April after our meeting in March. Miss Tiffany is again making inappropriate comments to a child. Telling my child that her parents are liars…. due to a serious health issue I informed that daycare about. I have reached out to the director and have not heard anything back from her. It has been more than 24 hours. I have also started a claim after the first incident in March and the daycare center canceled the claim. Which I have a recording from the third-party confirming that the center had canceled the claim. When I bring Miss Tiffany‘s name up to certain coworkers or teachers in that building, everyone has the same reaction. When I walk by or walk in, she is yelling at students, not fifth graders, not 13-year-olds, BUT AT four and five-year-olds. Since Miss Chelsea does not have the time to communicate with me to handle this in private, I will now be going over her head. To report how inappropriate Miss Tiffany has been for the past few months. It needs to be corrected. I gave an extra star because there are some very good teachers and people who do care at the facility but other than that the center doesn’t have much going. My child will be removed when the month is over— when school is over. I will not be surprised if the daycare center ends up on the news because of the lack of attention they paid to situations like this. Most parents don’t have sense when it comes to their children. Based on the review it is almost like your kids get good treatment because the parent works there.
