  • My son been going since January 2024. This was his first time in daycare at age 4. He has a late birthday. He is now in the Pre-K program here. This has been the best transition for him. The staff are all amazing. The directors are amazing also. It feels like a family environment and my son loves going. The learning curriculum is great. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a safe, clean, loving environment for their kid/s..

  • Came in to tour today on a scheduled tour. The ladies at the front were extremelyyyy nice however I guess corporate schedules the tours and doesn’t communicate that with the facilities. I took off work to tour on a Thursday and was denied a tour. I believe that even when it’s corporate fault the parents shouldnt be at fault and I should have at least just been able to do a quick walkthrough. This left a bad taste in mouth to even send my child somewhere where communication is lacked, My advice is for the facilities to address that with corporate and put some action plans in place.

  • If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Today, I was scheduled for a tour at 10:30am. It is important to add that I am a single mom of 8 month old twins. Due to the inclement weather conditions, I called to ensure of company grace periods and of accommodations because I did not want my kids to get wet & I am unable to hold both car seats alone. While speaking with someone on the phone, she told me she needed to place me on hold to contact the center to see if they would be willing to help me. After being on hold she told me they would help me if need be. After arriving to the school, I walked in the door and was immediately given a nasty look by the receptionist. With no enthusiasm, she dryly asked how could she help me. I told her I was there for a tour and she instantly stated “ I told her to tell you on the phone we aren’t doing tours until we have openings”. I was instantly confused because I JUST got off the phone with the lady before coming in. I expressed confusion to the receptionist because I was NOT told anything. She immediately started turning her neck and talking with her hands with a nasty attitude. I expressed to her the problem with her stating she told the other lady to tell me and there was no communication given to me… the parent who potentially would be enrolling her kids. After words were exchanged, my twins and I left. I spoke with the initial phone number who scheduled me and they told me the director would be contacting me. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was handled, the fact my twins weren’t even greeted —, the lack of communication and disgusting attitude of the receptionist. Save yourself some time and look for a center somewhere else.

  • My daughter attended this school for a little over a year and I am happy to say that I was very pleased with the care that she received. The director and assistant director are both amazing. You can tell that they care for each and every student and understand them. I give them a lot of credit for helping me potty train my daughter even when I thought she wasn't ready. She caught on immediately (and I am grateful). My daughter was always thrilled to go to school and talked about her teachers Ms. Cooper, Ms. April, and Ms. Anna frequently. I also noticed her cognitive skills were increasing and she would come home and pick up books and identify animals and words and colors. Her happiness and safety is my number one concern and I can say that I was at ease and happy with her overall experience there. They're amazing and even picking up my child there felt like she was at a relatives home (safe). (:

  • I have nothing but a wonderful experience with Childcare Network! I love all of the staff at this school. They speak to you as soon as the door opens before you can step in good. Everyone is also smiling and the children love it here. All of my children have gone through here and my 6yr old is the last one. Both Director and Assistant Director do an Amazing job with the children. Continue what you guys do at #267!!!!

  • This has been my baby's school since she was age 2. We are sad to leave this place, as we see her off to Kindergarten in August. Best Director and Assistant Director in town. Very professional and very caring staff. Always fresh and always clean. Smells like fresh apple pie as you walk in the door. My baby wouldn't be potty trained if it weren't for Ms. Dee! Childcare Network Hampton is truly a working parent's best friend!
