  • I wanted to share my experience to help other parents make an informed decision. I enrolled my baby here and only lasted two days before deciding to withdraw him. Both days, he was filthy, wet diaper, formula crusted on his cheek, no shoes or socks, and visibly swollen eyes. I only had him the for 5hrs a day. He most definitely had to have cried the entire time with no consolation. Both days as soon as I walked in to take him home and he heard my voice, he would scream how a baby would after a fall. As a mother, you know your child—and I could clearly see he was not being comforted or cared for in the way he needed. In addition, his caregiver (whose name i still don't know because she didn't introduce herself ) would say "Oh he was a bit fussy " or "he was fine today" which raised further concerns about the level of attention and care being provided throughout the day. His EYES ARE SWOLLEN from crying. I understand that daycare transitions can be difficult, but this felt like more than just an adjustment period. It felt like a lack of attentiveness and genuine care. A skill issue. He was at a new much smaller daycare today and as soon as I walked in to get him, he was on one the front desk attendants lap, taking him for a walk to reset him. He saw me, looked at me and almost didn't want to leave her side. HUGE difference. He felt safe.. he barely reacted to my presence. I also want to say this respectfully but honestly: I cannot recommend this location to other families, especially families who want to feel confident that their child will be treated with equal care and compassion. I lost $348 in the process, but more importantly, I listened to my instincts and chose my child’s well-being. Please do your research, ask questions, and trust your gut. Our children deserve to feel safe, clean, comforted, and genuinely cared for at all times.

  • Overheard the way a teacher was talking to a student and she was forcing her to say "okay" through tears and she was clearly just having big feelings once she saw her mama come to pick her up. Also let the parent or whomever is picking up the child PARENT, there is no need for a teacher to step in and keep saying "look at me" once their parent is there and trying to talk to their child. They're children, this is not the army. Other comments were made that make me think this place isn't the safest for children.

  • I would not recommend bringing your children here. The environment is very unprofessional, and the director is uncooperative and more focused on taking your money than genuinely supporting families. I was given conflicting information multiple times especially regarding nap schedules I was told three different things on three different occasions. Due to these ongoing issues this will be my child’s last week there.

  • WORST DAYCARE EVER! Bianca and Shanteria are rude and unprofessional. Bianca was horrible as a teacher but somehow she was deemed fit to be the director with the nastiest attitude. Multiple days the staff isn’t there on time to open the daycare which makes us working parents late for work. Multiple days I’ve been called to come get my child due to there aren’t any pre-k teachers coming in. Multiple days I’ve been called to turn around to come get my child due to inadequate staffing and told it will be a virtual learning day. Multiple days the teachers are late and I’ve had to leave my child with the woman who works in the kitchen…..VERY UNACCEPTABLE! I inquired about pre-k graduation and awards and got a response 2weeks later saying there will not be one but there will be a potluck picnic; how gross and unprofessional not to celebrate the kids and their accomplishments. Pictures have been rescheduled twice. The school year is over in 2 weeks this is a waste of time and money for the parents. Parents please avoid this daycare and save yourself a headache. This was my child’s 1st and last time attending daycare and they WILL NOT be returning. Thanks Childcare Network; you really know how to give parents a piece of mind (NOT)

  • My kid loves it here the teachers really adore the kids . I've never had an issue with them. Also if I'm correct I don't think they have the same director as some of the others have had. So definitely go check it out ask all the questions. Do keep in mind that In some rooms there's only one teacher for most of the day. They tend to keep the classes smaller and then as your kid moves up the class numbers do get larger to honestly prepare them for school.

  • The worst. This place is very poorly managed. Staff is unprofessional. My children went here for about 7 months. Nov2020-may2021. They advertise as having cameras in every classroom but they don’t record. For the whole 9 months we were told they were budgeting to upgrade the camera system. They unsafely hold children in the lobby during open and closing instead of classrooms because they want to clean classrooms early. There is no supervision in any of these classrooms of staff members especially the younger ones. My child consistently came home with rashes and they tried to force my baby into a 1yr old class but he wasn’t walking yet. They don’t follow state or bright from the start covid standards or standards in general. I know in my heart they did not treat my baby with love and care because children talk without talking and he hated that place and people. Looking back was just so many things being done wrong and I wish I would have pulled my children long before the 9 months. They don’t care about these children they care about getting through the day and due to shortage in childcare staffing they choose to staff people who are wrongfully and neglectfully caring for children then be short staffed or miss a potential enrollment. I would not recommend putting your child in this establishment in fact I feel state and corporate needs to go into this place and just reset it completely. We won’t be returning to any childcare network in the future.
