  • Words cannot express how much I now love bringing my child to school now that it’s under new management. I was hesitant to let her continue going here for pre-k, but I’m so glad I stuck it out because the entire facility AND staff received major upgrades. The new directors have came in and completely changed this school for the better to say the least. It is significantly cleaner, they truly listen to our concerns and work diligently to resolve it, all of the new teachers I’ve encountered thus far have been so kind and enthusiastic, the communication has improved significantly, and I’ve noticed they have had maintenance consistently come in to fix various issues that have went unresolved for months. It is evident that Mrs. Davina and Ms. Haley truly love what they do, because the upgrades truly reflect it. Additionally, my daughter’s pre-k teachers are AMAZING. it has only been one week, and she has came home knowing how to sign her name, knows 6 new sight words, and has been so eager to go to school to see her new teachers and friends. It truly is a breath of fresh air knowing 100% that my child is in excellent care while she’s there.

  • Pre-k teachers are amazing. We viewed a couple different facilities and we chose this one due to The cleanliness and communication we received. The new staff is amazing. Thank you childcare network.

  • My child has been going here for almost 2 yrs now. This place has gone down hill. I’ve wanted to call corporate but have been scared of the retaliation that may happen to my child by doing so. For several months there was only 1 teacher at drop off in the mornings where my son did not want to go in due to the amount of older kids there. The teacher is not able to handle 20 or more kids by herself! Then my child got HFM ( hand, foot, and mouth disease), it was not posted anywhere! I overheard a parent talking about their child had gotten a ringworm and was told it is not contagious by the director. Hmmm… it’s a fungal infection and yes this is very contagious! Very concerned for the lack of education on communicable disease!! The biggest kicker too is they will put the kids drinks away and when my child gets home is chugging water so much as if they didn’t have anything in a while. I brought this to their attention and they say ooohhhh nooo we let them have it if they ask… but if you have cups up or no cups out what are they supposed to do? I am very saddened that this is what this daycare has come to. Miss Sherri made it feel like a home away from home and felt my child was in good hands there. Now I’m always guessing and worried about my child!

  • Our short time at this daycare has been less than positive. As I read through many of the reviews, I see names of teachers that are no longer with CN on Ridge Road (Carol, Amy, Sheri). This is one of the main reasons that we left.. there is absolutely NO consistency with teachers. My 2yr old has had 6 different "main" teachers and my infant son's class has had 8 different teachers in less than 4 months. That doesnt include all the subs that were in and out. Last week I walked into two different classrooms and the teachers didn't know what child I was asking about - talk about a safety concern when the teachers don't even know the students names. That's how much turnaround has been going on. At the fall festival, I was told that I had to write a review while standing there in front of the worker in order to get a hot dog. So I'm not sure I could trust the good reviews on here, especially since several of them were written on the day of their fall festival. We were told MANY things that just weren't true when we were touring, like screen time for example. We were told the students don't get any screen time. My 2yr old watched the tablet almost every day if not every day. She came home talking about Blippi and being able to sing his songs. I have no idea what else she has been allowed to watch or how much per day since they don't say. At times, I have come in and the kids have been seated in chairs surrounding the tablet. The bathrooms aren't situated where a teacher can attend to the student in the bathroom (changing a diaper etc.) and watch the other kids at the same time. There have been numerous occasions that 9 children in the room are left unattended because there is only one teacher and they have to change a diaper. My infant son was 4 months old when he wasn't fed for 7 hours. I sent 3 bottles of breastmilk and was sent home 9 hours later with 2 full bottles. Apparently this had happened before with those same teachers and they STILL weren't fired, only written up. Our tuition went up in July and then again in October. We were told it would go up by $10 per child in October and were surprised when our card was charged over $60 more than the week prior. No notification of the change. When confronted, they blamed it on an employee that was no longer there. So, an increase of $240 a month after just increasing 3 months prior. We were told the night before around 7pm (Sunday night) that in was picture day on Monday. When asked, they blamed it on a teacher not passing out the flyers. When I told the director that this would be our last week, she didn't even ask why which tells me they don't truly care about making anything better. Lastly, after the incident with my son, I asked to see cameras to see if my son had been fed something other than my provided breastmilk. I was told that their cameras don't record, clearly a way for them to protect themselves. My infant sons socks/pajama feet were always incredible filthy, especially for a baby room. He has been consistently sick since one week in. Just beware. They lie to protect themselves a lot. They will try to "sell" you on this daycare but you honestly can't believe anything they say. There are a few great teachers that are truly trying their best to make it work. They have been dealt a tough hand and I just wish them them the best in a bad environment. They do have an app and the teachers do a good job of logging food and potty times. They typically add one picture a day, sometimes 2 and sometimes none.

  • We’ve had a great experience with Felicia and her team of teachers. Our family followed her from her previous center. Carol is wonderful for the four year olds. Shirley and Cheryl are wonderful Pre-K teachers.

  • We have had a positive experience since the first day! Both of our grandchildren started out in the infant room and the staff is amazing! Loving, caring, personable! You can literally feel the love when you walk in the front door! The staff treat your children as if they are their own. Excellence starts at the top with Felicia and Sheri and carries through to all the teachers. Highly recommend this location,
