I removed my child after 4 days. You are better off taking your child to work with you. - The bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. Old/dried urine and fecal matter on the floor. - Heard the teacher speaking to another student in a terrible manner. -I picked up my son and no one was watching him. He was playing glue alone. Every red flag was going off. I hated it so much because I needed affordable care for my son, but I will never bring him back here.
David OakesJul 7, 2026My little niece is enrolled here and I have to say that I have absolutely LOVED how much she has progressed since Miss Mesha has been in her class. She is becoming more verbal and independent. She has always been a very timid child but I have personally witnessed her interactions with this teacher and saw such a spark. Her parents have tried other schools but I found this one through a mutual friend who has a daughter in the class and can say that having miss Mesha was godsend.
Jayme MelMar 26, 2026This is what they are feeding the kids at childcare network. It’s either eat or starve there. I also overheard one of the teachers Mr. Travis trying to hit on one of the male parents. I did hear him tell the little boy I can be your stepfather if your dad would stop playing. I’m not sure why he would tell a little kid that. But ever since then I stopped taking my child to childcare network. I’m not sure what goes on at childcare network when the management is not around but that’s not right at all. State needs to be involved and get better staff there. A better cook because my child could’ve gotten sick. And better teachers.
Damian JuniorMar 5, 2026If I could give 0 stars I would. There were roaches in my son formula. I had caught up with a couple more parents and they were telling me about how the teachers (Treyona and Travis) were yelling at kids and grabbing them until it hurts. The guy who cooks there Mr. Will he comes in smelling like alcohol. And Mrs. Jennifer the Director is fine with it because then she don’t have to do his job. My son said that the food is nasty and don’t look healthy. I would bring my son back if there were a new staff. But other than that I am good.
Dville DynamiteMar 5, 2026I didn’t read any reviews before enrolling my son here. I toured both Smyrna locations, but Cooper Lake didn’t appeal to me. Although it’s larger, I didn’t see my son going there. As a secondary education teacher, I consider both a teacher’s and a parent’s perspective when choosing a school. From a parent’s view, this location feels more welcoming, educational, and vibrant. It’s the most interaction I’ve seen my son have, and I like that he can see and spend time with other age groups when permitted. His class is small enough for teachers to teach effectively. Since August 2025, I’ve noticed he’s speaking more. From a teacher’s perspective, running a daycare is challenging, and Ms. Jennifer is doing her best to staff the center correctly. But outside efforts matter too; parenting and teaching at home matter too. The overall structure and daily routines are very orderly, and consistency is key. I appreciate that Ms. Jennifer has support from Ms. Ki and Treyona. When I toured, I had no doubts about enrolling. They’ve become like an extended family to my son and me, which I value because they collaborate with me to prioritize his education, safety, and health. The center seems to have a good mix of parents and students, which I hope remains. Although the building is old and repairs are underway, they don’t compromise the safety or the educational environment for the children.
Shaneé FofahanNov 7, 2025Leaving my 2yo son everyday, for most of the day, is very difficult. But, he loves it there. He especially loves Treyona, honestly, she’s the reason I've continued to send my son there. She's professional and kind, but most importantly, attentive. Her job isn't easy, but she does it very well! Ms. Jennifer is the director of the facility, and anytime I’ve had problem, she's taken me very seriously and addressed it. If corporate reads this, those ladies deserve raises! Shout out to Ms. T, who showers my baby with affection. Ms. Key, a new addition, but so far a wonderful fit. And the gentle man who prepares the meals (I forget his name). They have been a godsend to me and my son, and I'm hoping to keep my son there as long as he wants to go…. Especially if Treyona is around! :)

What is Childcare Network #32's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
