  • My experience here started out good then quickly changed after a few weeks of what felt like a bias towards me as a non spanish speaking parent. They were not bi-lingual at all and came across as deceptive and indecent! The staff caring for my child had limited English proficiency, which frequently led to misunderstandings and, at times, interactions that came across as rude and disrespectful. I found Priscilla's demeanor to be contentious, and there appeared to be inconsistent enforcement of policies and rules. Her children worked there too and were unprofessional as well. Whenever I requested clarification from her regarding my child's care or center procedures, I often felt dismissed rather than respected as a parent. I would give them 0 stars for the disgusting experience taking advantage of new moms and for also allowing the infant teacher to come in doused in cheap perfume to care for infants like it was okay sending my infant home wreaking of her stink instead of not wearing it to work altogether like a professional and using the receiving blanket that I provided! They are a disgrace to childcare professionals!

  • I wouldn’t recommend this place. Management has changed three times in the 10 months my children have been enrolled. I loved the first head of school. Ms. k was friendly, knowledgeable and warm. She was always open to questions. The second head of school was fired for unknown reasons. Now this management- has no desire to inform the parents ahead of the change. No in person introduction and when I called yesterday to try to sit down with the new head of school, apparently her “training” was more important than addressing a parent’s concern. Who are these people who are managing my kids school? My daughter has two medical conditions, a serious life long condition and asthma. This week, they called me asking about her asthma administration as she was asking for it. Where did they put her asthma action plan that I provided upon enrollment? This week, my son needed eye drops, and apparently they misplaced his medical documentation. And please don’t get me started on the reliance of tablet use. Which has been an ongoing issue at the school. Now it seems to be worse. The daycare smells disgusting, as soon as I walk in it’s a mixed smell of fabuloso and kid poop. Management has taken liberties to remodel the school which looks great. But frankly, they are putting a lipstick on a pig. 🤷🏻‍♀️ You know what I do like? I love the Hispanic older ladies, you can tell they work hard and I’ve always appreciated them. I think management fired them as I haven’t seen them recently? Also, no notice to parents with this regard. And a host of new staff/teachers, also don’t know who they are either. It’s a shame, I gave this place a solid try. My neighborhood is very close by and being there in 4 mins was a huge bonus for us. I hope management and the owners can turn the center around.

  • We are a huge Chroma family. Our girls started here in their Pre-K and 2yr old classes. We love the staff, environment, and community. A big thing for us was to find a school that will allow and offer halal options which they have done and always been wonderful even during events to keep us in mind. Thank you to the Chroma team for all the wonderful hard work their teachers and staff do.

  • We’ve had a very positive experience with Chroma Lilburn so far. The staff is very friendly, and communication through the Procare app has always been timely and reliable. They’ve also invested in several recent upgrades to the facilities, which has been great to see. Mrs. Anelis has been especially wonderful with our son Nolan. She’s so patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. My son feels very safe and happy in her hands. It’s comforting to know that our child is with someone who truly enjoys what they do.

  • As a mother juggling co-parenting and being a sole provider, I rely on childcare services to be reliable and considerate. Instead, this daycare added hidden fees, took advantage of the situation, and even threatened to unenroll my child from a GA Lottery-funded Pre-K program meant to support families. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and clear communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone looking for ethical and reliable care for their child. They charged without authorization, then charged me unfairly for services I did not request and then threatened to unenroll my child when I questioned the charges. On top of that, their staff failed to communicate critical information to my sitter, causing confusion about my child’s release time from pre-k.

  • I am writing to you as the parent who attended the Toddler class yesterday, [date of the incident]. I am extremely concerned to report that my daughter experienced a severe allergic reaction while under your care, and we were never contacted — not by phone, email, or through any emergency alert. We only found out at 4:00 p.m. when I went to pick her up. When I asked what she had eaten, the staff appeared confused and took time to find the information, something that is unacceptable in a medical emergency. When I asked how long she had been in that condition, I was told, “about 20 minutes,” with no sense of urgency or clarity. I am seriously concerned about the lack of emergency protocol in situations like this. Is there any internal procedure in place for medical emergencies? What training does the staff have to handle allergic reactions? Why was there no immediate call to 911 or to the parents? My daughter had to be rushed to the hospital, where she received emergency treatment and medication. This could have ended tragically. Let me be very clear: the two teachers assigned to her class were kind and respectful throughout the week, but it is evident that they need support and proper training. I also observed that there were never more than two staff members caring for a large group of children, which is concerning from a safety standpoint. Additionally, I am deeply troubled by the condition of the facilities, which are dirty, disorganized, and the front desk is in complete disorder. This is not the kind of environment where parents should feel comfortable leaving their children.
