As a mom returning to work, I can rest easy knowing my babies are in loving and caring hands at Chroma! It’s very rare to have intentional and strong relationships with child care directors, but Alissia makes it a point to be present and make connections. After only a short period of time, my children are excited to see the staff and go to school each day!
Kaleigh MorenoJul 24, 2026My daughter has been attending Chroma in Roswell for nearly 2 years now and we are very happy with our experience. She is now in the preschool 1 class and she enjoys it so much! The staff are very caring and welcoming. The facility is always clean, well organized, and they do fun educational activities daily. My daughter feels safe and comfortable here. She is always excited to go each morning, eager to tell me about her friends and show me the artwork she creates. I also appreciate the great communication and updates throughout the day. I am glad we chose Chroma and would recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and reliable daycare.
Trishelle AlexanderApr 19, 2026My baby boy has been coming here since he was an infant. The staff here seem to genuinely care about the babes and now that he is a toddler, he loves his teacher and classmates. When we leave in the morning I ask him if he is ready to go to school and he’ll jump up and grab his shoes and run to the door. He gives his teacher big hugs in the mornings. I can tell he is coming along in his development bc he can say new words, and they even taught some sign language, which is amazing!
Bridget MillerApr 15, 2026I went to pick up my kids and noticed several instances where the employees' children were bullying mine. Some of these incidents happened without any adult stepping in, and a few kids displayed a learned sense of superiority. There’s a lack of transparency regarding the charges; initially, it’s one price, then suddenly it’s another. The staff would take your information and later tell you to refer to the handbook, as if they can't be trusted to provide basic details like the fees. Charging a full week when no service was given is dishonest, and reminding parents of this charge a week later adds to the frustration. The only positive aspect of this center is the pre-K teachers—they genuinely care about the children’s well-being and incorporate yoga into their curriculum. My child will definitely miss them. To the rest of the staff, I hope you work on improving your customer service. The main problem isn't the charges themselves, but the lack of clear information and accountability from the front desk and the director.
Karla MoncionApr 13, 2026My son has attended since he was 3 months old. As a first time, single mom, the staff has been an integral part of my postpartum mental health. Every director, teacher, and aide has shown him so much love as if he were their own child. I had zero worries when I returned to work after my maternal leave. The staff has helped me tremendously through each of his milestones; offering advice and encouragement that was desperately needed. I owe a lot to Mrs. Soni, Ms. Romaila, and Mrs. Jenni. The directors, Allissia and Lauren are always available and accountable for my concerns and questions. The teachers are always very thorough with a review of his day and material needs. My son is now thriving in his toddler class and meeting new milestones. I have no doubt that Chroma is the reason. I highly recommend them.
Olivia GarrisonFeb 19, 2026Our experience with this daycare has been deeply disappointing and concerning on multiple levels. While my child does not have special needs, he has struggled at times with emotional regulation, which is developmentally appropriate for his age. Rather than focusing on skill building supports and collaboration, the response increasingly centered on labeling and removal. At one point, when a family member picked him up, a teacher stated that she “does not handle special needs kids” when asked about her capacity to support him. This language was inaccurate, stigmatizing, and highly unprofessional. Communication has also been inconsistent. Behavioral concerns resulted in immediate calls, yet other important incidents were not always communicated in a timely manner. Additionally, the solution most often proposed was reducing my child’s schedule rather than implementing structured in-class supports or accommodations. There were also serious concerns regarding billing transparency. Parents were asked in advance whether their children would be attending during a two-week holiday break so accounts could be charged correctly. I clearly stated that my child would not be attending. Despite this, I was later charged approximately $350 for that period. I was informed this was due to a “miscommunication” after a regional manager reportedly visited the school. I requested to speak directly with the regional manager to resolve the issue but was never given that opportunity, and the charges were still applied. I was shown a video of an incident involving my child where a teacher grabbed him by the wrists while he was dysregulated. When I asked the director whether this was appropriate, I was asked, “How would you like for her to react?” rather than being given a clear explanation of the school’s de-escalation or physical handling policies. This response was concerning and raised questions about staff training and appropriate child-safety protocols. Overall, this center appears to lack the training, capacity, and communication needed to support children who need additional emotional guidance, as well as transparency in billing practices. Families should be aware of these limitations when deciding whether this environment is the right fit for their child.
