  • I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents should be aware of my experience with this daycare. My daughter attended from June 2025 to April 2026, and during that short time there were five separate incidents where she was injured due to staff not properly supervising the children. What concerned me even more was the lack of communication. Every time an incident happened, no one called to notify me. I would only find out when I arrived for pickup. As a parent, I expect immediate communication when my child is hurt. There was also a day when I packed my daughter’s lunch, and when she came home it looked untouched. After reaching out to the director, I was told that the teacher said my daughter “did not eat that day.” This means my child went nearly 12 hours without eating, and no one thought to contact me. That is completely unacceptable. My daughter would come home and shoes, clothes and diapers that wasn’t hers, but I would send those items every week. The daycare always wanted the tuition payments on time, but failed to provide the level of care, supervision, and communication that parents should be able to trust with their children. Because of these repeated issues, I decided to remove my daughter from the daycare. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the safety and communication for other families.

  • I must say this is the WORST daycare. My granddaughter was going here and every week her mom gets a call she been then got injured due to poor staff not fully paying attention to the kids. Then reach out to owner he acted concerned and lied like he would return your call after investigation and never did. Plenty days she came home with diapers that’s wasn’t hers or her size.. they cross up the kids shoes and swear they don’t know anything bout it.. The teaching level is awful.. it’s sad to say some people not in it for the passion they in it for the money.. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to ANYONE

  • I must say this is not the best daycare for you child. There is not much teaching going on, my children do not eat candy or pork and there have been times when my children come home with candy in their teeth. There was a huge turnover with staff so there was a lot of readjusting for my children that was not effective. The staff is beyond unprofessional, my children never come home with what they went to school in and sometimes are sent home with other children’s clothes. When you ask about their things there are very vague answers such as “well look for it and give it to you tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came, they removed my children from roster without any notice. It used to be a pleasant place although with the high turnover and lack of a dependable director this daycare is going down quickly.

  • I have 2 sons currently enrolled here ages 4 and 2. Both since about 6 months old. The care and love they receive here is unparalleled. My 4 year old recently started Pre-k and was chosen to receive a slot in the free ga lottery pre-k program. We opted instead to keep him at creative achievers. Before creative achievers I was a staunch advocate for home care only but the comprehensive love, attention, and learning my children have received here over the years have made me a believer. Shoutout to all the teachers and directors at Creative Achievers who make it happen for my sons everyday. Thank you!!!!

  • I would like to Thank the Staff and Owner of this facility for a wonderful experience. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my Little Ryan. To the Director and the Owner, thank you so much for working with me in my times of hardship! I have truly never seen a child care that operates like this. The love is truly unmatched. I will definitely be referring your establishment.

  • If there was an option for negative stars, that’s EXACTLY what they would receive! My son has only been there for maybe 3 months and it has been a nightmare! Coming from a background of education and working at many centers myself, I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from any director in my life! I was in need of a center so this was literally my last resort. The teachers were nice and friendly but the conditions that these babies are in is absolutely despicable especially with the heat this summer. They have the babies sitting in cribs, swings, chairs for god knows how long. I’ve walked in a few times and caught that the teacher was not in the room while the kids play around. The entire house is hot as hades and the babies look miserable. They are always losing the kids belongings and giving it to other kids. I’ve seen absolutely no educational instruction going on EVER! I can go on and on. Prior to my decision to unenroll him, I’ve been receiving calls from the center stating that my son has a fever every single week for the last 2 months of him being there. I’ve taken my son to the doctor multiple times only for them to tell me that he is well. I stepped into the center to pick him up the same day they claimed he had a fever( the 3rd time) and noticed that house where the kids were is so hot that the teachers complain about the heat. How do you think the babies feel?! Then the directors decided to insult my integrity and intelligence by stating that the reason my son is always “sick” is because “some kid’s immune systems are not fit for daycares”. I asked them to explain to me how that statement makes any sense since he is well when I drop him off and is well when I get him. They could not give me a logical answer so I felt offended that you would accuse my son of having an immune deficiency only when he steps foot into your center. I’ve spoken to the owner who is very nice and he promised that this situation will be handled only to not receive any kind of phone call with a resolution or an apology . There are centers that only want your money and this is one of them. As a parent, I would rather keep my child home with me and wait for a spot at a better center than to ever place him in this hell hole.
