  • I really love my son’s teachers, Ms. Shirley and Ms. M. I have a hard time trusting people with my kids. I really wanted a daycare with a camera. When I went for the tour. The director told me they had cameras. They don’t. But they do have an app that I believe keeps you updated on your child. I was so worried at first. I’m still a little bit nervous sometimes. However my son reassures me every morning when he see his teacher. He’s so happy and comfortable with them. The women at the front desk are sweet as well. The location is perfect for me. It’s always clean. I love how they keep the class sanitized and have music playing for the babies.

  • My child learned a lot while attending Creekstone Academy, and I truly appreciate the teachers who helped prepare her for Kindergarten. However, as a parent, the amount of stress and unprofessionalism I had to deal with was unacceptable. Almost every other week, I had to contact the school because they couldn't seem to keep my account balance straight. No parent should have to constantly double-check charges and call the school to get billing corrected. Professionalism steadily declined. During parent-teacher conferences, there was gossiping about staff. I also witnessed different parents being quoted different prices for Summer Camp. Unless special accommodations are involved, fees should be consistent and transparent for everyone. What finally pushed me over the edge was how they handled another child repeatedly putting their hands on my child. Nothing was done until I showed my true colors and made it clear I was prepared to remove my child. Instead of taking accountability and protecting my child, excuses were made about the other child's foster care situation and unstable home life. While I sympathize with any child going through difficult circumstances, that does not excuse repeatedly hurting other children. My child's safety should have come first. Incident reports were either not written or somehow never made it to the director's desk. Communication within the administration seemed disorganized. Employees and directors would call with conflicting information, gather information from parents, and create unnecessary drama instead of addressing issues directly. Even after I made it crystal clear that my child would not be returning, employees continued calling me about orientation and enrollment. That alone shows how disconnected the communication is. The revolving door of employees should tell parents everything they need to know. I tolerated far more than I should have because I wanted my child to complete the Pre-K program, but now that we're done, I would not consider returning! Paying parents deserve honesty, consistency, transparency, professionalism, accurate billing, and the assurance that concerns regarding their children will be handled appropriately. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at Creekstone Academy. Creekstone Academy failed in those areas, and other parents deserve to know exactly what they're signing up for.

  • The staff is wonderful. Or it was. Every staff member since the new Director took over has left. Turnaround like that shows something is going on and kids can’t feel comfortable there is the teachers are a revolving door. Very disappointed. Initially everything was going great and my children were happy and I felt say med with them being there. But now seeing how everything is collapsing there has been very concerning as a parent.

  • < Principal At first, I only saw the negative aspects and jumped to conclusions that were only in my head. It was a tough two weeks for our family. Now we see him so happy and independent; he loves going to his daycare and is affectionate with his teacher. The staff is wonderful, and seeing my grandson happy makes me give it 5 stars. It's not perfect, and many things could be improved, but my grandson's happiness is what makes me give it 5 stars. Al

  • Our experience with CreekStone Academy was deeply disappointing and led us to withdraw our 14 month old son after only four days. He started on a Monday, but by Wednesday he was still placed in the wrong classroom. It wasn’t until we followed up that he was finally moved to the correct room. More concerning was when one of the infant teachers described our toddler as “aggressive,” which we found highly inappropriate for a child his age. We addressed the issue with the Director and Assistant Director, who were both professional and agreed the comment was unacceptable. However, the same teacher later made another inappropriate remark to my husband, saying “this must be your first child” because our son liked to be picked up. That was both incorrect we also have an 11 year old and offensive. As a military family, we are intentional in how we raise our children, and our son is incredibly independent with his own baby proofed space at home where he plays and explores freely. When we asked for feedback a second time, the teacher said, “I ain’t trying to give bad feedback,” which made us question how honest and transparent the communication would be moving forward. On Thursday, we were approached once again by this same staff member, and at that point, we no longer felt our child was in a supportive or nurturing environment. By the end of the week, both my baby and I were sick. While we understand that illness is common in daycare settings, the combination of poor communication, unprofessional remarks, and a lack of trust led us to make the decision to withdraw him. I do want to acknowledge that there were two other teachers in the infant room who appeared to be of African or Caribbean descent who were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their professionalism was a bright spot in an otherwise negative experience. I hope this review leads to more accountability, training, and consistency because every parent deserves peace of mind, and every child deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.

  • We are so appreciative of the fantastic atmosphere our child is in at this daycare! The team is really skilled at making learning enjoyable. Our little one comes home with fresh songs and stories every day. How much he seems to enjoy his time there is astounding!

Is Creekstone Academy a licensed child care provider in Georgia?

Creekstone Academy holds Georgia record CCLC-52325, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Fayette County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.

What is Creekstone Academy's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?

Georgia rates Creekstone Academy 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.

Does Creekstone Academy offer Georgia's Pre-K?

Yes. The state record lists Creekstone Academy as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.

No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Creekstone Academy's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
