We have been at dogwood since my son was 6months old. My son has had numerous teachers due to moving up in age or teachers being moved. The best teacher my son has ever had is Mrs. Jessie! She use to be the director until she stepped down to be a teacher. She puts so much love into her job and it shows. My son absolutely loves her and you can tell that he views her as a safe place. Mrs Jessie has moved around to a few classes and we have been lucky enough to have her move up to the older 3’s with my son. Thanks to her my son can write his name, recognize small words and has a very large vocabulary. The school it self is great and we love it! But Mrs Jessie is the first thing we think of when we think dogwood.
Brittany manionMay 9, 2025Dogwood Hills has been a great, resilient place! My daughter loves her teachers! Especially Jessie, Nia and Autumn. The leadership over the years has been great even through navigating changes that occur in childcare.
Justin StewartMay 9, 2025I absolutely love this day care! They have provided excellent care for my daughter. She started attending at 8 weeks old and has thrived in the past 5 months she has been there! Jesse and Leah in the infant room are awesome! They provide fun activities and work with my daughter to help her achieve her milestones. All of the staff have been extremely kind and all know my daughter by name and greet us whenever we walk in or leave. I love the communication between parents and staff using the app. The teachers are very good at posting updates and pictures throughout the day. I cannot say enough good things about Dogwood Hills KinderCare in Canton! They rock!
Abigail HasbrouckAug 28, 2024Dogwood Hills has been a second home for our daughter! Being a first time Mom, I was nervous leaving my baby in someone else’s care at only 8 weeks. However, they put our nerves at ease and Mable loves Her school as much as we do. She has been there for 2.5 years and we couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! Their staff is friendly and family oriented and the teachers are very personable to each kid.
HADEN PITTILLONov 6, 2020We absolutely LOVE our Dogwood Hills family! The staff welcomes us with kind words and smiles you can even see under their masks, making us feel special and valued. Each day at drop off, my 3 year old can't wait to run back and see his friends and his teacher. When I pick him up again up to 12 hours later, he can't wait to tell me about how much fun he had and show me all his work. My 7 year old participates in the afterschool program a few days a week she loves it. My favorite part of the Dogwood Hills program as a parent are the countless pictures of my kids they take during the day and send home regularly. Seeing them interact with their friends and work on projects gives me reassurance they are not only playing but also learning. Plus they are always smiling. My kids have grown so much mentally and socially since we enrolled almost a year ago. This program has been such a blessing to our family.

Our son is so fulfilled when we pick him up after a full day at Dogwood, and we love hearing all about his day. We also appreciate the level of communication from the staff so we stay informed of what the kids are eating, learning and doing each day. Thank you Dogwood for our experience so far- we look forward to another great year with you all!
