Love all the teachers here. We had a great experience!

A child in my family attended this daycare and has been traumatized by incidents that occurred while he was in their care. The center lacks compassion to fully investigate claims of misconduct against staff. His parent notified the teachers and followed the proper protocol to have the incidents investigated but did nothing but provide excuses and blamed the child causing more grief and trauma. This is the absolute worst nightmare for every parent when ensuring trust in someone else. Our children are precious! If we trust you take care of our children, we expect the level of care you would give your own child. The incidents that happened to more than just my family member child but to another as well. Please keep your children away from this daycare as they can not be trusted with your precious child!

This center was my child's school for a few years. Whenever I encountered any issues, I alerted the owner and staff. Incidents would be investigated for each claim since each class has videos. During the month of October, staff members wrongly accused my son of inappropriate behavior on the playground. After requesting an investigation because it was out of his normal behavior, the owner found that the staff wrongfully accused him. As a result of an ongoing lack of supervision at afterschool and during outdoor play times, he got into trouble for something he was entirely innocent of. The owner assured me that the matter would be handled, and staff would be more diligent about supervision since it was a serious matter and that I reported that following week that my son mentioned that other students were touching him under his clothing. Unfortunately, rectifying the lack of supervision did not happen. A valid safety concern and supporting evidence led to my child's immediate removal from the center on November 14th, 2024. Several bizarre incidents have occurred during the afterschool program, but this time my son was injured, and the staff denies any knowledge of the incident. My son has however identified who he told, as well as expressed concern about what happened to him. The owner was informed about these ongoing issues weeks before this third incident. However, after her investigation of this final incident, the staff claim they knew nothing about him being harmed. The same staff team that wrongly accused my son weeks ago. It is not possible to recommend this center because of dishonesty, lack of supervision, and an extremely reduced sense of concern for the safety of my child and others. As a parent, childcare is critical, but my family will always put safety first.

Our son loves coming to school at Dream Castle Academy. He has had the best time with their summer camp program! He doesn’t want to miss a day. They have a wonderful team of teachers and assistants and the directors/ owners are great people who really care about making this the best place for kids. I’d say hands down the best in Habersham. Thank you DCA for giving our child a great place to not only learn but have fun while doing it!

Dream Castle is so good for my daughter! She is well taken care of, happy, and clean. The teachers are so pleasant and caring. I trust them with my sweet girl and her development. I would recommend them to anyone needing a caring and loving child centered environment!
