Rara MommyNov 11, 2025We LOVE Mrs. Cathya and Mr. Javier!! They are wonderful people who take great care of the kiddos. Both of my boys loved it there and ask to visit every time we drive by. Highly recommend!! ❤️
Amber LindbergAug 14, 2023As a parent I would love to know I am able to work without trying to hurry to a daycare where they would cut my son nails without my permission and made him bleed. (6mths at the time: Discovery Pointing Buford) another day care whom would leave my baby crying all day ( Kidz Academy in Winder) when I got there they would tell me I need to help them by not carrying him so much!! Infuriated. They were mean and bad customer service First Steps Childcare was the last place and they have taken care of my son Lincoln since he was a baby. Katia is the best! And we all love her for caring and loving Lincoln so much. She is a professional business woman and her husband too. They are honest people. I can work without worry. Thank you for very you do!!

J MJul 6, 2020The best review I can provide is from my own toddler: She is incredibly happy to be dropped off in the morning & is all smiles when I pick her up in the afternoon. THAT says a LOT about the quality of this childcare facility. I will add that the staff is very professional & friendly & most importantly, they are doing a great job with my child.
ENTIGYApr 2, 2018Fantastic daycare. I was nervous about leaving my son in someone else's care for the first time (who wouldn't be?), but I felt First Steps would be a good choice. Cathya is WONDERFUL. My son is only there two days a week, but there's never been any issues. The Spanish/English program is also a reason why I chose this center. She recently hired staff to help out, and all of them are nice as well. I'm sad that I'll be moving in June and will have to find a new daycare, but my son is enjoying it while he can!
