  • I’m not sure where the negative comments are coming from. But by far this is the best daycare in the area all the staff is very nice even the owner Nicole was a stand up owner. I would give anybody who looking for childcare a recommendation on enrolling your kids/ child there you will not be disappointed

  • My son(1yrs old) went to this daycare in 2020 right when things started opening back up after the pandemic shut down. The only reason I chose this daycare was because all the quality ones were still closed and I had to work. It’s been almost a year and a half since my son attended this daycare and I still cringe and feel heartbroken that I even trusted them with my son in their hands ALL DAY.. Seeing how happy/joyful my son is now when I pick him up from daycare and how much he’s learned compared to when he was attending future starts academy is a complete difference! When picking my son up from FSA he use to look so drained and worn out as if he been crying or fighting with someone all day. He would come home with a different scratch, felt like every week. Some of his clothes were bleached, he would come home with bug bites from being outside, and he was always hungry when he got home. Not to mention he didn’t learn anything within the couple months he was there. I totally regret bringing my son here. PLEASE do your research on this place AND the teachers before leaving your child here. I wish I did.

  • I will never bring my son back! They are more concerned about the well being of the teachers then the children. My child should not be sitting in a wet diaper all day because it’s an inconvenience to your teacher to potty train / change him. I would only consider going back if new teachers who actually genuinely cared about the well being of the children were hired !

  • This daycare is one of the worst, I don’t even understand how they have a better rating than the other daycares in this area. Miss Nicole is very unprofessional and the staff isn’t any better... the staff literally makes excuses for why they can’t do their job properly. One morning they locked the doors because it was raining and I sat out in the rain banging on the door until they answered and it wasn’t even time to stop taking in children... they honestly need to go under new management with people who actually are prepared to do the job they signed up for

  • I really do not recommend this daycare . They are so unprofessional, Every time I pick up my child my baby always have a very wet diaper, that left her rashes. The lady name is Nicole She always got a attitude, unprofessional and takes her anger out on parents . One day my child had a runny nose , I was at work at the time , Nicole acted like it was the end of the world and told me if i don’t come get my child she will sit outside and told me she can never come back , which i find that so rude and disrespectful, how can you leave someone kid outside unattended. Parents have complained about the people beating kids . Everytime my child come back from this school it’s like she haven’t had anything to drink all day , dying of thirst . This school is the worst school my kids have ever been to . I do not recommend
