  • My daughter toured this place today and one of the teachers were screaming at the kids to lay day very harshly. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  • Helen preparatory Academy is a great place for my grandkids. I love the staff. Ms Gwen is great with them as well as Mrs Rose 🌹. My grandkids look forward to going every day. She (Ms. Gwen) is firm but they enjoy her establishment. I recommend Helen Preparatory Academy.

  • My Grandchildren Attend Daycare Here. It Is A Good Daycare Overall. I Do Have A Few Concerns. My Grandsons Diaper Is Always Full And Leaking At Pick Up. The School Has Closings With Out Advance Notice. The Director Expects Tuition To Be Paid For The Week Of Closure. The Center Has Unexpected Late Openings. The Staff Includes The Director And One Staff Member For Over 12 Kids.

  • My daughter went here for 4 years until she started prek and my infant son is now attending. I have never had a single issue and I trust guin and ms rose 1000% as well as ms Diana ❤️❤️❤️ so nice to go to work and not have to worry about my children at daycare. They go above and beyond and even provide gifts for holidays. Can’t say enough great things about the facility and its employees.

  • For 1+ month I had been in contact with this facility about enrolling my daughter. First encounter, I had scheduled a day/time to tour the facility. When arriving, after taking time off from my work day, I was asked to come back another day because the director wasn’t there. (I was never notified) Because I could not return due to missing work in healthcare, she only let me tour the one class room my daughter would be in. Because she said she wouldn’t leave that room other than to go to the playground, I trusted that. There were multiple phone calls made about information requirements to enroll, some of which I never got a call back about. Every time I called, the owner/director was gone. Multiple times I called, I could not get an answer. All along, Brittany knew (because I informed her multiple times) of my daughters planned start date. I FINALLY got ahold of Brittany yesterday to confirm, for the 2nd or 3rd time, that they had received my daughters admission paperwork and she told me that she would give me a call right back with an answer, again, knowing my daughter was planned to start this AM. I never received the call and it put me in a predicament for child care. All of this to say - there is a HUGE lack of communication and follow through with this facility. They are VERY difficult to reach. Both of those are extremely important things when looking for great, quality care. I assume I dodged the bullet on this one. EDIT due to the owner’s response: all of her response was completely inaccurate and lies. I never called today, there was no reason to. I was told care for 2 days, I would still pay a full week of care. The exact forms I emailed back were the exact forms emailed to me. I have proof of that. Unprofessional, unhonest. Please avoid.

  • My son has been going here for 2 years and we have loved it! Along with my older son who has to attend during school breaks. The owner and the teachers really care about these children and it shows everyday. They are always doing different activities and really get our kids ready for Prek. My son has learned so much since being here. There is no better feeling as a mom than to know your children are safe while you are working and I’ve never felt anything less than that at this daycare.
