  • This place is a joke. My son has been going there since the beginning of the school year, but that ends today. Lets start at the beginning where I met Miss Hines told me the payment would be $60 a week I returned with the payment for her to tell me it’s $65 a week. No biggie paid it. every time you pull up to pick your kids up you hear people screaming “sit down” to the kids. The kids are not allowed to bring toys but they are allowed to be on their cell phones. They don’t help with homework, even though they claim they do, they don’t !! Fast forward to the last two weeks last week my son was really sick. He went to school and daycare two days on Tuesday. Miss Hinescontacted me to say the payment was not paid when it was supposed to come from his father that week I sent my boyfriend to make the payment and unbeknownst to me the payment was never made on that attempt either the rest of the week my son remained home sick Tuesday. He returned to school I contacted miss hines to see how they wanted me to pay for this week since their zalle account had been deactivated I was given a phone number and I sent this weeks payment via Apple Pay only to find out then that they still hadn’t received last weeks payment . At that point I sent my boyfriend to pick my son up from school sense the $65 that I sent would only cover the previous week once he got there Zion had already been picked up by the daycare. He will not be returning to school this week nor daycare due to the fact that he is still sick but now they want me to pay $65 for the one day they picked him up when they shouldn’t have. I called to clear things up and spoke with miss Ashley I have never met this lady, but she was very rude. Unhelpful rushed me off the phone and not once did anyone from the daycare even care to ask how my son was or how he is feeling all they care about is money. Don’t take your kids here they deserve better !! Side note ; I manage a Crumbl cookies and I have brought them donation cookies for their staff on many occasions it just goes to show these people are greedy they only care about money not relationship or anything else

  • These reviews must be outdated because honestly they do a great job with my children. Thankful for Ms. Ashley and the energy she brings to this place. Ms. Breanna is always holding it down and making sure I am up to date with all that’s going on. Keep growing & thriving Kiddie Cove 🫶🏽💕

  • Hood rats calling themselves business owners. Nasty facility. Old run down. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR AFTER SCHOOL CARE BUS. They left my 5 year old Kindergarten student at school so he wandered on the wrong bus. Ashley told me to come get a refund and because I was not pleasant with her (duh y’all left my baby at school) she refused my refund and called the police on me. Told them I tried to hit her and much more. All lies! My son could be dead or in the hands of kidnappers and she wanted to do was argue over $55!!!! If you love your kids, go elsewhere. Trust me, they don’t care about you or your kids!

  • DON'T DO IT! Not only is my 1 yr old not learning anything but just obtained the nastiest KNOT/SCAR on her forehead from her climbing in a chair that was in the classroom. No safety measures were taken to avoid it nor did anybody give a damn to put ice on it before I arrived!!! Unprofessional and disgusting attitude from the "director" Ashely. My daughter has been attending this place for a few months now and we've experienced everything from lost cups, molded cups, lost clothing, her developing multiple stomach viruses from whatever they're feeding her to the inconsistent display of carelessness and confrontational attitudes from the "director" whenever I brought my concerns forward👎 I've only continued to deal with them because I wanted to support a black owned business and hoped for room of improvement as far as the look of the place overall and customer service but nah, not happening AT ALL!!

  • As black people we got to do better!!!!! When you pay low you got to expect low. My grands went here and I supported in the beginning by helping pay the fees. I toured the place, the place looks terrible. You got to want better for your kids. They need to spend money fixing the place up. I often thought about volunteering to help paint. This place needs help. I feel sorry for the children. I wish I can open a daycare. I had to use the bathroom, it was horrible. The sink had rust. CLR will help get that clean. I don't think they teach the kids anything. My grands now at a much better day care. I don't mine paying a lot more for a cleaner much organize facility with a professional staff.
