We cannot say enough wonderful things about History Makers Daycare. Our children have absolutely thrived here, and it’s been such a special place for our family. What has always stood out most to us is the love and care the teachers show the children every single day. Our boys genuinely adore their teachers. They willingly run to them, hug them, and feel completely safe and comfortable in their care. That says everything about the environment the staff has created and the way they treat the children. One of the most incredible parts of our experience has been the Spanish immersion. We came in with absolutely no Spanish-speaking background at home, and now both of our children are able to hold conversations in Spanish. It has been amazing to watch, and we are so grateful for the patience, consistency, and dedication from the teachers. The communication, warmth, and overall sense of community here have been exceptional. If we were not moving, we would absolutely continue attending. Leaving History Makers is truly one of the hardest parts of our move. We will miss this place so much and will always be thankful for the impact they’ve had on our children and our family.
Melita ThompsonMay 28, 2026They are very detailed in everything they do. I had both my daughters enrolled there. One was 3 and the other was 1. The teachers are so caring, loving and pay attention very detailed. I recommend them 100%.

My daughter was here for two years, and we would have absolutely kept her there if we hadn’t moved nearly an hour away. Every single person at this daycare knew and loved my daughter. Every single one. When she had a hard time, they met her with love and understanding. It felt like leaving her with a trusted family member and not a facility. I would recommend them over and over and over. This doesn’t even touch the academics. My daughter just turned four and can recognize every letter, numbers to ten, can write her name and the names of everyone in our family. She’s recognizing words. But they do an excellent job of matching learning with play, it’s not a strict “at the desk writing” all day. They are encouraged to play, learn, build social skills. Your child will be safe, happy, and thrive.

E RJan 2, 2025I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and attention my child received at History Maker Daycare & Academy. The staff are incredibly nurturing and professional, creating a safe and loving environment for the kids. My child looks forward to going there every day and has developed so well under their guidance. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the activities are both fun and educational. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their child. Thank you for everything you do!

They are so dedicated to each child teaching, guiding and caring for them as if they were their own. HMDA is not your typical daycare it’s like you’re leaving you’re child to be cared for by their auntie or grandparent. It is a true gift sent from heaven. If you are looking for a safe, loving and God centered environment for your child’s care away from home HMDA is that place.
