  • If you're looking for a daycare where your treated like family this is the place for you. My daughter has never been to daycare before and from day 1 she has loved going. The staff is personable and the teachers treat the kids like their own. Nothing like having a peace of mind when you have to work knowing your child is in good hands. My daughter is in the 2 year old class. We waited a year for her to attend and the wait was worth it.

  • I wanted my daughter to go to this school so bad! But I have had the most unpleasant experience trying to get her enrolled! 1) no one answers the phone! Me and my husband called multiple times to get a tour. We ended up having to just popup at the school to get information! 2) the receptionist/ front desk lady, had the worse attitude! She was not welcoming. I don’t know if she is over worked (no one else was in the Office so this could be a result of her dismissive demeanor). But either way unprofessional for SURE! I even disregarded all of my issues and put my daughter on the waitlist. I waited all summer to hear back… no one reached out. I even called the school to check on her status a week before school started..no answer! Naturally, I figured the spots were taken! Until my friend told me that they had called for her two sons. And I know her sons were after my daughter on the waitlist because I’m the one who sent her to them. I hate that I have to have this experience with this institution because I have been wanting her to go here ever since she was born. But the communication is less than desirable and the onboarding process needs to be reevaluated.

  • I hate to give this review because I am a member of the congregation at the church where this school is located. However, I would be doing the church and other parents looking for a place for their kids, a disservice by not speaking up. Finding childcare is difficult and can be a source of anxiety for a lot of parents. We thought this would be a great place for our daughter as we are involved in ministry at the church and have heard good things about the school. When we made attempts to call the school no one ever answered the phone. We ended up having to go up there one day randomly, and we could tell by the young lady’s energy when we got there, us popping up wasn’t appreciated. We decided to take the tour and put our daughter on the wait list in spite of her less than favorable attitude. We were told we would be contacted by the end of July when they were able to determine if they would have space for her. Fast forward to the end of July, and it’s been radio silence. We naturally assumed that this meant they didn’t have any space for her, but we were wrong. We told a friend of ours about this place since our kids go to the same daycare currently. This family has two sons just 3 days older than our daughter and a newborn. She told us that she was called 2 days earlier and asked if she still was interested in enrolling her two boys. She declined. My question is, if you have space for two kids, one who would be going to the same class our Kid would be going to, why don’t you have space for one? And if we put our name on the list before them, why were they offered the spot and not us? Of course, we tried to call to get these questions answered, but again, no answer or returned calls. As off putting as her attitude was, that’s not my main issue. My issue is 1) how do i feel comfortable leaving my child somewhere and i can’t get them on the phone EVER!!! And 2) Why was a family who was placed on the wait list after us, offered a space but not us? Is it because they have two kids which equals more tuition than one child? I would hope that’s not part of the process. Needless to say, we’ve decided to keep our baby where she is, if for no other reason than their poor communication practices. I’m sure it is a great school. All the kids seemed to love it when we were on our tour. But if I can’t even get you to answer the phone, i can’t leave my kid there. Update: Not long after leaving my original review, the admin staff was changed to a new director, admin assistant, and they are currently hiring new teachers as well. We were actually able to get our daughter enrolled in early November. There have been its share of growing pains but that’s to be expected when trying to get accustomed to the different processes at this school vs her old one. The school does a great job communicating via the app. I think if I had anything to say negative it would be about how my daughter comes home without clothes we sent her in. For example, last week she come home only wearing one sock (she can’t put her own shoe on so someone had to notice she was missing a sock). Yesterday she came home without her undershirt. Another day she came home with someone else’s hat. Little stuff like that. It’s irritating but not a deal breaker…yet! All in all, I’m pleased with the school and I’m glad we were finally able to get our daughter enrolled.

  • There really aren't enough words to describe the peace of mind we have knowing our child's development, well-being, and safety are in good hands each day. From the directors, to the teachers and the security officers, my family is more than satisfied with the quality of service: communication, cleanliness, curriculum, care & safety.

  • I went to enroll my daughter into school & one of the staff members was so rude she didn’t introduce her self & when I ask her did they have any openings she said no with the nastiest attitude & walked off I wouldn’t recommend any one with kids to this school especially when you are dealing with some one else kids
