The teachers who worked with my children were kind and caring, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into the kids every day. This review is not about them. During our time there, we tried to be supportive by donating items like toys, appliances, a refrigerator, TV, VCR/DVD players, and movies for the children. At one point, I was also asked to invest money into another business venture outside of the daycare, which made me uncomfortable. We ultimately decided to move our children due to concerns with communication and management decisions. There were uncomfortable interactions regarding payments, including being video-called at work over a small balance even though we consistently paid ahead. We were also charged for a full week of care and then informed after payment that the center would be closed that week. Because payments were made two weeks at a time, we were told a refund or adjustment was not possible. After leaving the daycare, I later requested tax information for childcare payments, but communication stopped and we were blocked. While we appreciate the teachers and the care they showed our children, consistency, professionalism, and communication from management are extremely important when choosing childcare. We sincerely wish the staff and children the best moving forward.

Children are getting sick! Facility is very unsanitary! Children sharing bottles and sippy cups! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
