This dance company has a habit of winning, yes, but the way they treat their members is lacking in the winning department. Pulling girls into a room to talk about weight issues when you would think the company would be inclusive about who dances is heartbreaking. I want my girls to go to a dance company that doesn’t judge them because they might be a little heavier. Not everyone can control how their body grows and telling a young girl who is learning, growing, and is in a vulnerable stage of her life to lose a couple pounds is embarrassing. Maybe teaching children isn’t for you.
lev haibaSep 1, 2025Highly, highly, recommend Jamboree. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Both our sons went here. We moved while our 2 year old was still going - and I have to say, Jamboree set a very high standard.
Matt IveyOct 28, 2024My 2.5 year old starte at the beginning of April. I wish we would have started our childcare journey here. This facility and is worlds above the last center we had her in!
Holly SprayberryMay 22, 2024What an incredible experience my granddaughter had this year at JA. The entire year was made special by Ms. Maiden. If you are fortunate to get your child in her class i can assure you they will love every minute of it. She truly sets the bar high for other teachers. She is the epitome of what an educator should be. JA is fortunate to have her on their team and we were blessed to spend the year with her. And just when we thought she had already outdone herself ….she showed out with the most incredible pre-K graduation ceremony I have ever seen. This lady is doing Gods work every day! Thank you JA for an amazing year for Zoey. You all rock!!! Thank you thank You!
Kelli ClarkMay 18, 2024The owner is very Friendly. The New Director is Nice, she's working to endure Center meet all states guidelines
Donna “DBLUE” JohnsonAug 22, 2022My son and daughter have been at Jamboree for about 6 months. They have both grown by leaps and bounds. They focus on developing the whole child. My children are more independent, better listeners and academically challenged. Every place may not be for every person, but you have to walk into a place and feel the atmosphere and meet the people to know if it's right for you. My children love it and so do I.

Questions parents ask about Jamboree Academy
Is Jamboree Academy a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Jamboree Academy holds Georgia record CCLC-33395, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Cobb County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
What is Jamboree Academy's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia rates Jamboree Academy 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.
Does Jamboree Academy offer Georgia's Pre-K?
- Yes. The state record lists Jamboree Academy as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.
Does this page show inspection results for Jamboree Academy?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Jamboree Academy's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
