A welcoming environment; they are always ready to improve and serve families in the best possible way. Excellent professionals—I am very satisfied with the care they provide for my daughters.
Alinne DutraJul 12, 2026As a parent, I feel obligated to share my experience with this daycare so other families can make informed decisions. My 3-year-old son was left alone in his classroom while the rest of his class was outside. When I reviewed the limited camera footage that was shown to me, I observed a teacher who appeared visibly irritated and frustrated. In a profession that requires patience, attentiveness, and care, that was concerning to see. According to the daycare, my son was unsupervised for approximately four minutes because he allegedly "stepped out of line." However, based on the footage I was allowed to view, I did not see anything that supported that explanation. I was only shown selected clips rather than the full sequence of events leading up to the incident. What makes this even more alarming is that my son was able to leave the building through the front door entirely. He was outside calling for me when another parent found him and returned him to the director. The fact that a 3-year-old child was able to leave the building unnoticed is unacceptable and could have had devastating consequences. When I picked my son up, he told me, "I was alone. Everyone was gone." Nearly three months later, he still brings up that day, which tells me it left a lasting impression on him. As parents, we trust daycare providers to know where our children are at all times and to ensure they are properly supervised. That trust was broken. What hurts the most is knowing how differently this situation could have ended. My son could have been kidnapped, struck by a vehicle, or seriously injured. Instead of receiving reassurance and accountability, I felt that the seriousness of the incident was minimized. I repeatedly asked to see what led up to the situation, but the focus seemed to be on my son's actions rather than how a toddler was able to be left behind and leave the building in the first place. To this day, I continue to struggle with anxiety and fear because of what happened. No parent should have to wonder what could have happened to their child while they were entrusted to professional care. I am currently considering seeking legal advice regarding this matter. Thankfully, about six weeks later, I found a new daycare. I allowed my son to help choose among several options, and we have been very happy with his new school. While we are moving forward, this experience has been one of the most painful and traumatic experiences our family has faced. I am sharing this not out of spite, but to encourage other parents to ask questions about supervision policies, staff accountability, security procedures, and how children are tracked during transitions throughout the day. These safeguards matter, and this experience showed me just how important they are.
Stormi StormJun 3, 2026Ms. Kapree has been a godsend with the transition from Dacula Kiddie Academy to the newer and ( per my almost 4 y/o son) FUNNER daycare in Braselton. We have loved and trusted Kiddie Academy since my son was barely walking, and he now knows his letters, numbers, how to spell his name as well as many 3-5 letter words… I’m beyond impressed with the care and love the ENTIRE staff shows to the children under their purview. I also want to add that when my son has a hard morning (as toddlers do) Ms. Kim and Ms. Tawana both check on him, take him for a walk or just give him a hug…. There is so much anxiety when bringing your child to a daycare, so much stigma, etc….. but the people there love your child as their own even your baby is having a hard morning. Thanks Kiddie Academy, you have hired the right tribe for your vibe. I can not recommend KA enough.
Cassondra AckerMay 7, 2026We’ve been at this childcare for over a year now and it’s been an absolute pleasure to have Miss Kapree teaching our child through every phase. She is dedicated, consistent, patient and engaging with the kids. My kid absolutely adores her and looks forward to seeing her in the mornings.
Chelsea BolinApr 29, 2026I am thrilled to write a review for Ms. Kapree, 3 year-old-teacher. Ms. Kapree offers the right kind of balance you want from a teacher of young kids, both warm and still firm so the classroom is not out of control. She has created a welcoming environment in the classroom, and it's a great thing to watch my daughter thrive under her care.
Ketta B. CireApr 27, 2026Kapree is my daughter’s morning teacher. She is cheerful, welcoming, and feels like you are leaving your child with extended family. My daughter loves her presence and being in her class
