Kiddie Castle Day Care Center

Ok let me start of by saying I am very sorry for all the babies that have to attend this center. Everything about this place is so wrong and really needs to be shut down. There is truly no care enough for the children or love that is needed for them. PLEASE PARENTS CHECK ON YOUR KIDS DO POP UPS IF YOU HAVE TOO. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY NOTHING ELSE. THE KIDS ARE NOT SAFE NOR TREATED LIKE KIDS. THE STATE NEEDS TO REALLY LOOK INTO THIS PLACE ITS TERRIBLE!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!

This daycare is very unprofessional and don’t ever have enough staff to cover the amount of children they have. The. The staff they do hire are very young have no experience with dealing with children and don’t know how to keep there class under control. They call you because the kids cry or don’t want to sit down and tell you to come get them. Mind you my kids are 5 and under. They claimed my son didn’t listen I asked them to write a letter to help me with court saying my child was not behaving in there daycare and they told me they would. Never got me the letter for court told me they forgot about how the child was acting even thought they call me every day from work. They call you for dum stuff like she is crying she wants to play. They are kids they are not supposed to sit in a seat all day. Seems like they want the kids to act like robots and sit all day. No type of social interaction. After too many complaints from the owner and her son I took my kids out and took them to another daycare and they had no issues. The new daycare is around the corner and knows how to handle kids. They are right across from the board of education and elementary school in Covington and they are great! The owner needs to retire. Now I will say they worked with me on my payments because I have a lot of kids and the state was paying most of the fees.

My son has been going here since he was a few months old. He’s 6 now..Never had an issue with the staff and I love how accommodating they are. They even are able to help me out when he’s on a school break. Richie and Mrs Joyce are awesome

Called me off my job because my kid “ran out of diapers”. I get there and the diapers were at the bottom of the baby bag the whole time. On a separate. Called me 30 min after I left because my kid wanted to play with toys instead of sitting down. He was literally only there for 30 minutes. This daycare is horrible they make your kids sit down for hours until employees arrive, every time your child cry they will call you to come pick them up. very unprofessional facility and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody!
