Registering my daughter here has been the worst experience ever, before enrolling her, I clearly informed the staff that my daughter was not potty trained. They agreed to accept her and had me sign paperwork stating that they would help potty training and work with her until she became potty trained. However only two week later they started calling me repeatedly to complain about the very issue we had already agreed upon before enrollment. They even called me at work and told me I needed to come and pick up my daughter 3-years old daughter because she couldn't pull her underwear down by herself, she's only 3 and I found it very harsh and disappointing that they were unwilling to provide the support they had promised, i also noticed the way my daughter was treated compared to the other children. Other children were allowed to take snacks, while my daughter was often treated differently they didn't want her to take snacks even when i take a doctor note , it made me feel as though there was favoritism, and no child should ever be made to feel excluded. Overall., this has been an extremely disappointing experience, i would not recommend this daycare based on how my daughter and were treated.
Trena WilliamsJul 28, 2026I called this daycare some months ago to tour and get my 2 boys enrolled I can’t remember who I talked to but she told me to come at 11am the next day. I took off work to be there and when I got there I was waiting outside for a while and then when someone came out they told me the lady just left for lunch and she was extremely rude about it. I asked when she would be back and they told me to come back at 1pm I did and still she wasn’t there. I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. I understand people are busy but the lack of communication makes me nervous to continue to try this daycare. I do like how safe it looks though and their hours are very appealing. I was just thinking about trying to contact again but reading these reviews is making the skepticism worse. But I am interested in making my own judgements I just need someone to answer the phone and follow through with the tour. :(
Kyla AndrewsJan 27, 2026Great childcare center. The owner has several centers in the area. I definitely would recommend. The children are learning. It’s not just a babysitting service, but it is actually a childcare center that teaches the children.
Dr.Rasheem Berry, Th.D.Nov 14, 2025Little Angels Academy has been heaven sent , since my children have started attending this daycare there has been so many major improvements. My children, my husband and I , love all the teachers especially Miss Bre and Miss Minnie. Miss Nadia is always there to answer any questions and is very communicative, great spirits. And of course Mrs. Rita we see her very often and she cares not only for the children and the parents but her workers also we have never experienced such a great family oriented environment. My babies wake up excited to come every day , we love you guys !
E RoseSep 10, 2025Whatever you do do not send your child here or any of her chains in the area. They all have Christian names but the owner Rita does not handle her customers in a Christlike or professional manner when you have to deal with her. Heed the bad reviews that she replies to with excuses that may seem valid. We did not. Rest assured she will twist the truth in her reply to my review as well. You’ll see it. Everything was going well until this week (Which was May or April now I believe). I will say the staff other than the owner has been great nice loving and professional. Our Child has been going since January. Monday they called us because he wet his clothes and needed a change but they did not leave a message. So we did not know till picking him up. Later the same week they called wanting him to be picked up because he was laying his head down and not eating. Understandable we picked him up, but when I called to get clarity Ms. Ritas tone of voice was argumentative and unprofessional. I was not a part of the first convo my wife and her had that day where my wife said Ms. Rita was talking crazy to her. So I asked her to let me put my wife on 3 way so we could work this out and not have two different stories and she refused. She pissed me off to the point I told her we are taking our son out of your daycare. Which was due to her loud aggressive unprofessional tone and refusal to talk to paying customers. Regretfully we ended up working it out and let our son stay once she apologized and had talked to my wife later that day by coincidence when my wife called up there to tell them we were taking our son out. Fast Forward 3 months we are having an issue with the Little Angels Owner Rita again. They called my wife asking for our son to be picked up due to a runny nose and he could not come back until he had a Doctors note. My wife had a very important doctor’s appointment the next day at a specialist. I’m out of town working so we were counting on them to do what we pay them for and watch our son that day. My wife explained this when she picked him up and one of the teachers said she could take him to urgent care get him checked out with a doctors note and bring him to school if they said he does not have whatever illness is being transmitted with kids in Clayton county currently. She did that paid $125 copay and got the doctors note. She brought him to school the next day. Though his nose was running the doctor said he was fine , did not have anything, and prescribed Zyrtec. (Note that our son’s nose does not run until we bring him there. He is an only child and not around other kids at home. ) The doctor cleared him to go back to school. My wife presented the note. An hour later the owner Rita called and asked my wife to pick him up because his nose was still running. To me it seems like Ms. Rita makes up policies as she goes along. She seems to have been banking on him not being able to see a doctor until Tuesday. If that’s what she wanted she should have stated that clearly as opposed to saying he could come back when he had a doctors note clearing him. We are done with this place! We have withdrawn him and are looking for a new daycare with consistant policies, as well as an owner with professional temperament, and a large parking lot. The parking there is very small and inconvenient as well. Often times you have to wait for the cars in front of you to leave before you can go in and get your child. Do not send your child here. If you do you will eventually regret it!
Justin DouglasSep 2, 2025My 3 toddlers have been going there for 3 months now, and this facility is more than a daycare. My children learn daily with take home homework. My 1 yr old progressed really fast although he was delayed when he first started attending. The staff are awesome and attentive to the children. All three of my toddlers love all the staff and the atmosphere is a friendly family learning environment. The owner, Ms Rita is literally like an auntie to all the children and her high energy is unmatched. I’m grateful to have this facility as a part of my village. Thank you so much Little Angels Academy for all you do for the children of the community

What is Little Angels Academy 1's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
