  • While I appreciate the care provided to my child, I believe there are areas where the center could improve. Staff communication and engagement with parents during drop-off and pick-up is often limited, with little greeting or interaction. This can make the environment feel less welcoming. Additionally, staff and leadership do not consistently present themselves in a professional manner. Clear expectations around business or business-casual attire and overall presentation would help reflect a more structured and professional setting. There also appears to be a need for ongoing staff training in communication, professionalism, and family engagement. With improvements in these areas, the center has the potential to greatly enhance the overall experience for families.

  • My sister showed up at 10:20, slightly past the 10:00 cut off, and simply asked for an exception could be made this one time. My son has never been dropped off late in the morning or picked up late of the evening. Instead of professionalism or basic courtesy, she was met with attitude and rudeness from Ms. Charlene. For a day care that charges $700 a month for one child, this level of disrespect is unacceptable. She was unapologetic, inflexible, and talked to her as if I wasn't a paying parent. Completely uncalled for. My son has been attending Little Treasures for almost two years. Ms. Charlene shrugged her shoulders while speaking, clearly indicating that she didn't not care and that it wasn't her concern. Her body language and tone made the situation feel even more dismissive and disrespectful.

  • I just Moved here across the country as a single mother and I am currently 8 months pregnant with a 5year old. I enrolled my daughter into the “summer Camp” And paid in advance for two weeks. This morning I was struggling with pregnancy related issues to get out of bed and I live about 20 minutes away from the learning center. We showed up at 10:04 and I attempted to drop her off at her class. The front desk said 10 o’clock cut off time and if I did not call in advance to let them know she would be late. She is not allowed to be there for the rest of the day. Not only waste my time driving all the way there 40 minute trip in total, I now have to call and contact my leadership and let them know that I will not be able to come in today because I have my toddler so I miss out on a days work, but I also paid for the week already for her to be there. Completely unacceptable and not understanding. Clearly only care about the money. After this week is up, we will not be returning.

  • This Daycare lacks accountability, professionalism and just don’t care about your children’s well being. The Staff turnover rate is EXTREMELY high. The afternoon daycare crew recently hired is inexperienced, incompetent and doesn’t have any passion for children. I noticed several things in violation with state regulations and brought it to the Owners attention, only to find out she ignored my concerns and never addressed these issue with staff. My 1 year old has been picked up several times and his socks were missing, shirt sleeves wet with no explanation given why his shirt was wet other than he played outside. Just was told a lie after I noticed a mop bucket full of bleach water sitting in the hallway. The most recent incident happened and I was never notified when my child was bit by another child that broke the skin. I had to ask repeatedly for an incident report and camera footage to be reviewed and after 3 days of me asking again, I was told it was seen on camera my child was bit , but still no incident report was given to me. I’m not from the area, but after reaching out to several people in the community I was informed to stay far away from this facility. My only regret is not removing my children sooner !

  • I love the owner Lisa and the staff! They are loving, responsive, and care as much for you children as a parent would! My three girls have attended for the last two years and they have loved them through their fathers deployment, school struggles and day in and day out issues. Don’t worry about using this daycare! Very affordable and worth every penny! 💖💖💖 I’ll be sad to leave!

  • Mrs. Jesse, Mrs. Karen, and Mrs. Brandy care mostly for our 2 year old daughter and they do an outstanding job. While she was on the waiting list I popped in several times unannounced to check on the cleanliness and the staff to children ratio. Every time I popped it the facility was clean and the children were evenly split up in the classrooms with an adequate amount of teachers present. My daughter loves it there and I can see the progression in her learning and socialization skills. Love Love Love this place!
