This place claims that they accept children with autism, but that's an absolute lie. They sent a autistic child home within 30 minutes of being there saying it was " too much ". The child's autistic what do you expect........? The first couple days will be difficult as they adjust to a new routine but they didn't even give this child the opportunity. They stated "We can't deal with autistic children" (I have it recorded) yet they advertise that they do AND told us they did.. I'm not sure if it was because we're white or they just couldn't handle it.. we never could tell. We got that impression though. Honestly that doesn't matter, stop advertising and claiming that you're accepting autistic children if you can't "handle" them, haven't been trained to do so, don't have an ABA therapist coming in, and especially if you don't know what you're doing. Be honest. Don't just look at the money for each child. Other than that blunder the staff was extremely nice! Gave us the money back right away and was very polite and proper but you can still feel animosity and negative energy while we were there at the end getting the money back and picking them up.
