While searching for daycares in the area I found this one and was very pleased when speaking with staff and taking the tour of the facility. The location is close to my home and work and my daughter seem to be adjusting really well. I was very disappointed, angry and frustrated when I picked my daughter up one evening and had discovered her pants were wet. Upon getting my daughter home (which is a 5 minute drive) I discovered that she had not been changed the whole 5 HOURS she was there!!! She was still wearing the same pull up I sent her there with on!!! When enrolling my daughter I was very clear on her application and to the director of the facility that she is in the process of potty training. When confronting the director about the situation she could only tell me it was a “miscommunication between shifts” I also ask for a refund because I paid 2 weeks in advance and I never received any response concerning my refund. I feel as if the facility is understaffed and needs more than 2 teachers to 10 toddlers or potentially a smaller class with 2 teachers. This situation was completely unacceptable for me and I was very disappointed. To all parents you can do better with childcare then this facility!!! Your child won’t get the individual attention he/she needs!

Marion WillbrightNov 21, 2025When my baby first started it took her a minute to adjust to the new environment but once she got comfortable and gained a relationship with her teachers. Mainly Ms Anisha and Ms Danielle she loves teachers and her classmates. My child has been hard throughout the day and at night sometimes. They are very understanding if your schedule changes or you are needing anything last minute. Having an app that I can see what's going on throughout the day will always make me feel more comfortable about the facility my child is at. I would definitely recommend!
Kennedi campbellNov 20, 2025Madalyn’s house is an amazing daycare! Staff are top tier. Very clean and professional. Both of my kids go/went here and have never had any issues. Teachers take the time to teach and care for each one of their kids. Management always keeps us informed on the kids curriculum for the week, school activities and events. Great school overall. Thank you all for all that you do.

Definitely recommend to any parents looking for great childcare. The administrator Ms.Latasha is great as well; with her help the enrollment process was very smooth and easy. She helped find the perfect accommodations for my family; I’m very thankful for the great staff here!
Kyah BlaizeNov 19, 2025My daughter has been attending Madalyn's House 24 Hour Childcare Center since she was just one year old, and now she’s four. Over the years, I’ve watched how deeply the teachers truly care about their students. The entire staff is friendly, respectful, and always quick to respond, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. One of the things I appreciate most is that it is truly a 24-hour childcare center. I work nights as a bartender, and being able to pick her up late at night has been a lifesaver. They even offer weekend care by appointment, which shows how committed they are to supporting working parents. We absolutely love this school and it’s director Natasha is truly a joy to work with kind, patient, and dedicated in every way. I also love that on Fridays they offer ballet for the girls and karate for the boys. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes the kids feel special and excited to learn something new. You can genuinely feel how much they care about the children and their craft. I’m so grateful for the nurturing environment they’ve created. Highly recommend!
