(TRUST THE REVIEWS!!) I failed to do so, but also didn’t have a choice for now! Please do not leave your child here! Something told me not to leave my child here from the beginning. Too many red flags I started to notice such as: Most of the employees do not even speak to you in the classroom, let along tell you about your child’s day. You have to speak to them first, and you still don’t get what you want to hear from them! There has been a selective few who I have came across that provides comfort to leave my child at this daycare, and I only know one of their names, which is Ms. Journey. The other lady is a sweet informative lady who says she loves my child and tells me everything about my child for that day, and she’s not even a caretaker for that specific class!!! Most employees are just here for money and it shows. They only show professionalism when you do a tour, afterwards they’re doing everything I said above! I also overhear the caretakers in other classes yelling at the kids, even in grade school the teachers are not yelling at the kids they may raise their tone of voice, but it’s a clear difference! When you are taking care of someone else’s child, you can not do the bare minimum!!! You have to make not just the child comfortable, but the parents as well!! I shouldn’t have to ask about how my child’s day went because as a caretaker you should already know your role. I should know when I should bring more wipes and diapers. I should know if my child had a bowel movement. I told this daycare multiple times to even call me when my child is not eating, and they never do but when I get up there the tell me she didn’t eat all day! Overall the biggest issues I saw here are: Lack of communication Lack of professionalism Lack of patience Lack of care overall But like I said before it’s a SELECTIVE FEW people here who actually do their job, and I appreciate them!
GrindtimeFitnessMay 6, 2022This place is totally unprofessional They cannot deal with a three-year-old child and do not have enough experience to attract the child and make him love the daily routine. They use poor cleaning materials (Bleach) beside the children My baby's chest is tired for a month and once I found bleach stains on his new pajamas ……
hadil okashaOct 23, 2021We pulled our baby out within a month of her being there. We got a bad feeling from the beginning when we toured the place. The director, Pam, is very cold and unfriendly. Some of the workers barely speak to you when you’re dropping your child off. There were a few good ones and they told us how bad this daycare actually is behind the scenes when we said we were pulling our daughter out. I’d definitely stay away from this center especially if you have an infant.
