Our family had a fantastic experience with Masters Academy. From the morning drop-off process to the afternoon pickup, everyone was always smiling and happy, and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Our child enjoyed the year of Pre-K, and any time we had a question, concern, or suggestion, the Masters Academy personnel listened, and acted, in the best interests of our child and our family. The entire year went by smoothly for us and our child, but at the end of the school year was when we really saw how much Masters Academy goes above and beyond for the kids. For one, they put on a massive Spring (end of year) Performance in the NOHS Fine Arts auditorium, where all the children sang songs. Didn't think it was possible to have an event with so many 4-5 yr olds go off without a hitch! And I realize it's just Pre-K, but they went out of their way to make the kids feel like they'd accomplished something major. Then, what REALLY blew us away was the Memory Book. The teachers put together 3" binders for every child, filled with 95 (I counted) plastic-sleeved pages of carefully curated and notated photos, artwork, and samples of their learning activities over the ENTIRE YEAR. As much time and energy as they took to put them together, the Memory Books were a clear testament to how much love and care the teachers put into the children. All of this to say - it was clear to us that everyone at Masters Academy, from the administration to the teachers to interns, cares deeply about the children and enjoyed working there. Having sent our older child to another highly-touted local "child development" program, where this sadly was NOT the case, we genuinely felt the difference, and if we had to do it all over again, we'd choose Masters Academy every single day and twice on Sunday. THANK YOU Ms. Erica, Ms. Tricia, Ms. Caitlin, and the entire Masters Academy staff!
Larry DoongJun 23, 2026Masters Academy has been amazing with my kiddo. Before Pre-k, she hadn’t ever been to a daycare or anything & just in the time she’s been at masters she has opened up tremendously & has learned so many new things. The staff are all so wonderful & really work hand in hand with families. They also were so fast to jump in and help in any way possible when my families home caught fire. The love we were shown from Masters is unmatched. I highly recommend anyone to send their kiddos here. They’re in wonderful hands & are so loved.
Madison HanleyNov 2, 2025We are so grateful for the incredible summer experience our child had at Masters Academy! Our child came to the U.S. from Korea not long ago and is still learning English, but all the teachers have been so caring, patient, and supportive. Thanks to their kindness, our child always feels safe, joyful, and excited to go to school. The summer camp was full of fun and meaningful activities, and we could see how much effort the teachers put into creating a warm and welcoming environment. We truly appreciate everyone at Masters Academy for helping our child adjust and grow with confidence. Special thanks to all the teachers for your dedication and love!
Jaecheol KimJul 19, 2025My son has been attending the summer camp this year and has felt so at peace with everyone in the building. He has had a lot of fun learning the countries and has learned how to say at least “hello” in French, Spanish, and Chinese and can tell me about the flags and foods in each one. They’ve been very consistent with the water days which is his favorite. He loves the teachers so much that he enters and leaves almost every day giving them all hugs. I want to mention one of his teachers Ms.Sarah, giving he said “she’s the best teacher ever in the whole world” and Ms.Madison “she’s the best ever ever” LOL (he has been to two previous daycares beforehand). He remembers every person in the building by their kindness and the love they show him every day even the lady in the office Ms.Bailey. He can’t wait to start Pre-K in the fall. And special mention to the remodeling of the buildings, Ms.Erica has done a great job with the place.
Amanda HaynesJul 18, 2025We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Down's/Masters Academy this summer! Our child has loved her time at camp! Erica, and staff, have been so thoughtful and intentional with the programming. From learning about different countries, trying new foods AND getting to go on field-trips, she's had a blast! Ms. Becca and Ms. Audrey were phenomenal teachers. My daughter talks about them both all the time and is going to miss them so much when she goes to Kindergarten!! We are so grateful for this experience and plan to be back next year!
Dixie ZamagiasJul 18, 2025My daughter attended Down’s for preschool and absolutely loved Ms. Ricki, Ms. Becca, and Ms. Audrey. We were thrilled when the Masters acquired the center and opened it for summer camps. My daughter has looked forward to going each day and spending time with two of her favorite people - Ms. Becca and Ms. Audrey. She even had the option to skip two days of camp this week, but opted to go instead. I appreciate everyone there, but especially Becca and Audrey. They greet our girl with a smile and a huge hug - making her feel so safe and loved! In my daughter’s opinion, the only thing that would make camp better would be having Ms. Ricki there too. ;)

Questions parents ask about Masters Academy
Is Masters Academy a licensed child care provider in Georgia?
- Masters Academy holds Georgia record CCLC-65799, listed as "Open" by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning in Oconee County. Confirm current standing on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov before enrolling.
What is Masters Academy 's Quality Rated star rating in Georgia?
- Georgia rates Masters Academy 2 stars, on a scale of one to three where three is highest. Quality Rated measures programme standards the state assesses, not inspection outcomes, and it is separate from the licence itself.
Does Masters Academy offer Georgia's Pre-K?
- Yes. The state record lists Masters Academy as taking part in Georgia's Pre-K Program, Georgia's lottery-funded programme for four-year-olds. Places are limited and enrolment runs on the state's own calendar, so ask the provider how to apply.
Does this page show inspection results for Masters Academy ?
- No. Georgia publishes inspection and complaint history for each provider by fiscal year, and none of it is included here, so nothing on this page reflects Masters Academy 's inspection record either way. Look the provider up on the state's provider search at families.decal.ga.gov and read its visit history.
